However, my recent experiences have left me extremely disappointed, prompting me to move our deposits to a different bank, and here's why:? **Deceptive Practices & Hidden Fees**: While another bank offered me superior CD rates than Merrill Lynch, Bank of America bombarded me with hidden fees at every turn. It felt like they were more interested in their profits than offering transparent services to their customers.? **Dismal Service & Pushy Sales Tactics**: Irrespective of your account size, expect subpar service. Their financial center is a clear sales hub. Ever wondered why you're not allowed a glimpse at their computer screens during transactions? That's because they're loaded with "product opportunities", steering every conversation towards their ulterior motive - selling you another account.? **No Real Power In-Branch**: Every significant query or issue will have branch staff dialing the "back office". Frustratingly, these calls often end with new reasons to delay accessing YOUR own money. And with interest rates hovering around 8%, they seem desperate to clutch onto every penny, maximizing their profits at your expense.? **Delayed Access to Your Money**: Looking for direct and swift access to your funds? Think twice. It took an agonizing FOUR days, dedicating 6 hours EACH DAY, to retrieve most of the funds after deciding to close my accounts. Shockingly, 15 BUSINESS DAYS later, some of my money is still held hostage.⚠️ **Final Word**: If you value your business and money, STAY AWAY. It's evident - they don't have your best interests at heart. Your business deserves better. Opt for a trustworthy, state-based bank instead.

This for for office in Abacoa in Jupiter. I called seeking information as I just moved to town and have been a BofA customer since they were established. Other locations have been closed or rotate openings without communicating to customers. Service does not seem to be a priority.

Worst customer service experience ever with the guy who takes appoitments at front. Super rude with all the clients and this is not the first time I saw him with that nasty actitud. He has to be replace at soon as possible

Recent unexpected closures have been very frustrating. Friday 3/19 I went at 4:15 pm to make a deposit. It was closed. Hours on the door said Friday open until 6 pm. No notice explaining reason for closure. NOT customer firefly

Never got any service at this branch Dona the teller would be chatting with customers and neglect her duties! This branch is gone down Jill. Don’t waste your time and go there unless you are one of their friends.

I wanted to let you all know about a very special and wonderful employee at the 5470 S, Central Blvd, Jupiter, FL 33458 Abacoa branch.She is the manager there, and her name is Laura Jones. I just moved to Florida from California, where I had many experiences with the staff there, some good, and some very poor service also. I was thinking about looking for a better service oriented bank here in Jupiter, but stopped first at your local branch to check it out. I can tell you that Laura is the BEST manager I have ever met, and not only was very professional and helpful, she anticipated my needs and offered services even before I asked!
