First time buying from this shop and had very good experience. Purchased a deck online as a gift and it arrived in perfect condition! Store was quick to respond to my questions via email and delivery got here right in time.

This shop's weird. I bought a bike online, and later realized I ordered wrong size, so I wanted to cancel it. I tried calling they never answer, email same story.Apparently they say this shop isn't related to skateusa (as stated on other comment), but when you go to skateusa website, their address is same as this place.Worst customer service I've had. Whoever runs skateusa need to close their site, cuz they clearly don't know how to give proper customer service. It's so baffling to me, they ruining their own reputation and losing customers. Like are you tryna run a successful business or what? Whatever, never gonna see me again. Bye

Why even have a shop when you can't provide proper customer service? How're you going to get a customer? They barely respond to emails, also did they put phone somewhere in the basement cuz they never answer it. Worst experience I've had. Never coming back and also gonna block their website so I never see it. Bye

Best selection in palm beach county love this place the people have great service, knowledgeable and biggest selection available My self and my son love come to this skate shop would highly recommend it for any skateboarding, bikes, and scooters

There are a lot of options to choose from and the owner takes great care of you and lets you see all the options, a great place to shop. There's a lot of options to choose and the owner shows you everything to make the Best Buy, he's very kind

John runs the place and if you need *anything* related to slateboards, bmx, scooter, blades, or rollerskates he probably has it right here in Jupiter! He also has a sweet dog named Pagani, who tootles around the shop and is very adorable. I bought some new skates and am very pleased with them, will return for other parts!+

Took three months to get my entire order (I'm actually STILL waiting for the last item). If I hadn't emailed almost every week (some of which were ignored), I'm confident I would not have received it. Was never told upfront that an item was on back order, and the items that did arrive first were not in original packaging and just loosely in a mailer. Please do not waste your time with SkatesUSA.

Worst decision ever to place an order through their online website www.skatesusa.com. Non response with questions regarding my order. Both email, first messages and phone voice mails. Don't ever bother calling. They NEVER answer their phone and fail to ever get back to you. Look them up on the BBB WEBSITE. They are not accredited and have numerous negative comments. The President Mr Jon Fink should be embarrassed.

Awful store/Awful owner sends ruined shoes in mail does nothing to fix and has the nerve for to call me a scum bag. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I advise not to order anything online from SKATES USA/AVALANCHE SKATE SHOP. They have an F on better business bureau as well just read the reviews. This could of all been made right with a refund. I sent pics of shoes and damaged box. And they claim I need to return the unworn brand new shoes when they were sent soaking wet and covered in ants.
