“Automotive service and customer care done, right! I drive a 2013 and a 2007 automobiles. The vehicles have approximately 150,000 and 135,000 miles on them respectively. East Coast Automotive has done an excellent job of keeping the cars maintained and roadworthy. There have been the usual items that have needed service/repair typical to cars with as many miles as they have on them. With the cost of new automobiles as high as it is these days, I have complete faith in East Coast Automotive helping me keep both vehicles on the road for as long as possible.

He was recommended to me, and was amazing from the initial phone call to the problem he finally fixed, after three years of warning lights and money spent with four other mechanics. Very nice, down to earth guy, and was completley transparent about the costs and work he had performed. I must add, It was a perk that he was $700 cheaper than the dealership's estimate, while also replacing an extra part before it too failed for my Volkswagen. Additionally, backs his honesty and great workmanship with a 2 year 24,000 mile warenty on any parts he puts in. The whole process was very timely and seamless! “Heather and Mike with Mike’s Auto in Jupiter are the most compassionate people in mechanic work that I have ever met. They care about you and your situation. They do the best they can do to help. Mike has a real soft spot and will take care of you. My A/C was not always working when I turned it on in my car. Unfortunately, I was originally misdiagnosed from a former mechanic and told it was my control switch. Then, they informed me that the part was not available for purchase. I found the part online and purchased it for $150. I went to Mike’s Auto and he discovered it was the blower and resister. He felt bad that I was misdiagnosed. It ended up costing more than what we thought, due to me being previously misdiagnosed. However, I was thankful and grateful that he was willing to work with me and help me out as much as he possibly could. It sucks that now I am stuck with $150 part that I am unable to return and get my money back on. Heather apologized and was very sympathetic to my situation. It was requested that I leave my car with them all day, but it was worked on and completed before the end of the day. They are also fair and reasonably priced, as well.”

I put my trust in this company and they were able to remove the dent and maintain the integrity of the paint preventing the need for any touch ups. The cost was about $300, and extremely worth it. Took about three days to get it back.”

“I recently took my car to this shop for an issue with my power steering. I have an electric system and it looked like I would have to take it to the dealer for a diagnosis. The tech hooked it up to the computer to see what the issue was. I had gotten a new battery 5 days earlier and it was not sufficient to support the system on my car and it was dead. They recommended a better battery, I went and swapped it out. Issue resolved.
We have taken our cars there for 3+ years. They are always fair, honest and in almost all cases have made any repairs within the same day.
This place is definitely a rare find nowadays. And in just this one instance I would guess they saved me several hundreds of dollars.”
