They are much more responsive, friendly and helpful at this location rather than the store in Chasewood Plaza west. They went out of their way to provide curbside service quickly.

I had an appt with Lynn and it was great. It started as a question about Uverse and our TVs and then the offer to trade my phone in for a new upgrade! I saved $850.00 on the new phone. Then the subject moved to poor internet at our house. She was on the phone for easily 30 minutes scheduling an appt and trying to save us $100 for a service fee. She is amazing!!

An amazing experience here with the AT&T store sales reps who made what seemed complicated, easy for me. I highly recommend going to this store for all your technical and product needs. Lynn and Roman are the best!

I went into AT&T for a new screen protector and was immediately greeted by Lynn. Lynn demonstrated utmost professionalism and grace while helping me and another customer. She is a smart, polite young woman with great multitasking skills.

Amazing experience. Even though there was about 10 people in the store. The 2 only employees working that day, were able to handle everyone. I do recommend.

Just spent an hour at the store to try and order a new Iphone. Told them the model and color. Was told they would have to check in the back. After helping another customer for a little was told that it would take 10 minutes to open the safe and they would need to check for the color we wanted. After waiting 15 minutes was asked again what model and color. He had been told several times this information. After repeating the model and color he said the iPhone of that model had been sold earlier. Why didn’t he tell us originally the store did not have it. This is not an actual ATT store. He couldn’t make some account changes as well. This is only an authorized retailer. It is not an actual corporate store. They have limited capabilities. So, off to a real ATT store. Waste of an hour.

I went to this store looking for help in transferring my DataConnect account to the AT\\u0026T Prepaid plan because of the DataConnect plan being discontinued. I followed the directions sent with a new SIM card, but couldn't set up a new At\\u0026T Prepaid account. I worked with an employee, Zach. He was very helpful, courteous and patient. I am technologically, challenged and he didn't let that get in the way of helping me solve my problem. After a few clicks on the computer and a call to activate my account my problem was solved. The only complaint I have is that I was charged an activation fee of $15 even though I had a DataConnect plan for quite awhile and AT\\u0026T is the one who discontinued the plan. And that's not Zach's fault, it's company policy. I would recommend Zach for anyone having difficulties with their AT\\u0026T phone or plan. Upon seeing another female employee work with other customers it seems like the employees in that store really know their business. A good place to get good service.

Zach i think was his name, the store manager, I got my phone stolen so i desperately needed a new one and went to AT&T for a new phone. I got there like 20 minutes before close and zach had me out within 10-15 minutes if that. Literally the fastest easiest phone purchase ever, faster and more efficient than even doing it online as i tried that and my order was cancelled due to a "website glitch"? idk but zach was awesome so definitely go see him and if your his boss give that man a raise.
