Was recommended to go to Simply Aveda and have a hair cut from Nick, and it was absolutely perfect! I’m super nervous about getting my hair cut at new salons but he did an amazing job and would recommend him to anyone!

This place is by far, the best Aveda salon you will ever encounter! The team is simply amazing, and their customer service is impeccable! After finding out that Sam Jon’s closed in Palm Beach Gardens, I was excited to find out that a lot of the stylists from there moved up to simply Aveda. This place is so Comforting and everybody is always so happy! Highly recommended!

Maria is outstanding! She is a fantastic, passionate, talented, fun, precise and well experienced stylist who consistently delivers a great haircut. She listens carefully to your requests and incorporates your feedback seamlessly. From the moment you walk into the salon, the environment is both welcoming and relaxing. The staff is top notch. I have been a client of Maria for many years and highly recommend her!

Maria has been my stylist, my husband’s and my son’s for 25+ years. She relocated to this salon in Jupiter at the end of 2023 after Sam Jon’s salon unexpected closed its doors. My first visit was very welcoming with a warm friendly atmosphere! The place was buzzing with lots of good karma!! The team was very cohesive and super attentive. Maria is a master stylist and colorist - second to none!! I highly recommend her for her eye for detail and creativity!!!

I consider myself an expert at how customers should be treated at salons. My mother was a stylist and until she passed I didn't need to look elsewhere. This place is horrible!
Was referred by Aveda. Found out they don't even stand behind the salon only allow them to use their name because Aspen Falls pays to. Aveda does nothing with complaints against a business.
I frequented an Aveda salon in Wisconsin that was wonderful. This one has all looks but no class.
First visit was for color touch up and cut. Stylist was more interested in talking about her boyfriend and checking her phone. She was new so I tried to ignore it. Realized she cut off more hair than asked for and also messed up my color (even though I gave her the formula used at my salon in Wisconsin.
Four days later I called and complained. Jessica put me with a different stylist told me that she'd correct it - said it would be a 'master' stylist. She would fix cut and color at no charge. I asked if she was good at color because I wanted highlights too....asked how much they would be. Jessica said 80 to 100.
"master" stylist said color & cut fix was a freebie - also would throw in an eyebrow tint. Told me highlights would cost 100. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair - same picture I showed the girl four days ago.
When I left there were no highlights. Complained as I was paying and asked for a manger - not there.
Jessica told me that they had policies that did not agree with how she handled me when complaining about first visit - it was only to keep from refunding my money for the nonexistent highlights.
After several phone calls and not getting any return from owner - I filed a complaint with BBB. Save the headache, heartache and money - GO ELSEWHERE. This place is awful.

Maria is the best. She is super talented. I always look and feel fabulous after getting my hair done. She is an awesome stylist and person.

I followed my stylist(Sarah) to Simply Aveda more than a year ago from a larger salon. To say that I am thrilled with the move would be an understatement. The atmosphere at Simply Aveda is so relaxed and personal attention is always present. From the moment I am greeted when I enter I feel like a VIP. The friendliness the staff exhibits is genuine and always makes me look forward to my next hair appointment. I can’t recommend Sarah and Simply Aveda enough!!!!!!

Helen is an extremely knowledgeable stylist. She cut my short layered hair to perfection. My styling is so much easier now!! I could not be happier! Don't hesitate to make an appointment with her.
