I want to express my sincere appreciation for Joe in the Lumber department at the Jupiter, FL Home Depot on Indiantown Road. He truly rescued my Thanksgiving dinner! I no longer had a leaf for my dining table, and with only 48 hours before the celebration, two more guests happily agreed to attend.

Joe helped me locate the right board, assisted with ripping it to size, and even shared helpful tips on sanding the edges so I could create an impromptu table leaf. Thanks to his kindness and excellent service, I’ll be able to seat everyone comfortably for the festivities.

“Last night one of your sales staff brought back my confidence in shopping at Home Depot ..if there is a recognition program please recognize "FERRELL" I decided to take on a small project with no knowledge of how to DIY.. After getting frustrated with others not helping me .. I walked down the aisle and he was there "can I help you ?" Not only did he help me ... he didn't say ..go to aisle 19 ... he led me there and then proceeded to ask me about my project ... he actually spent time with me explaining how to do it and what materials I would need... Etc etc .. He was delightful, polite and concerned about this 80 year old lady taking on this challenge but he politely said .. "I think based on what I see you can do it !!" Great confidence booster . . Thank you and thank him!!! Please make sure he knows how much I appreciated the help !!!
