“Some of the worst help I have seen in the USA so far, I expect it will get worse. Do I have to see the manager to get anything done each entry to this place? Not to mention, are employees supposed to know where items are?? I don’t see evidence that employees havemapped out common items in their head. Each relies on the cell phone, which I can do too. Most seem to slowly get around to anything and seem to be understaffed. Make sure you realize you are ON YOUR OWN HERE. Good luck. However, some bright lights, go see Angie, she happens to know blinds. Once I found her, she took care of things. Dude she worked with was okay too. But you have to find the people that know stuff. I can’t knock the whole store for a few folks, but I’m not. My guess is that this is a retirement community and workers reflect that. There was one other stand out employee that went the extra mile to help find something for us. Not every employee can be a winner.

Edit: So, I have had the pleasure of going into this store at least 8 times in the past week. I reviewed my review and think this may have been a ‘2 off’ or something. They got better so I changed my review. I received better service, ran into more knowledgeable employees and they do not deserve a one star. I changed it to 4. Sometimes, my standards are high but if I worked there, I’d try and memorize the store, not just my department. This may be an impossible standard. I’m not here to ruin people’s days.”

“I was looking for a new gas company and from the first person I spoke with I knew Ferrellgas was my company. My choice of gas company was confirmed with the process of becoming an established customer. Seamless transition and prompt. The professional/friendly technician that came to my home to evaluate and service my tank took the time to explain everything in detail. Previous companies said I would be put on a waiting list and it would be approximately 3 months before I could be established. It is nice to be with a company that values you as a customer and not just a number. Thank you to everyone at Ferrellgas for getting it right!”

“Last night one of your sales staff brought back my confidence in shopping at Home Depot ..if there is a recognition program please recognize "FERRELL" I decided to take on a small project with no knowledge of how to DIY.. After getting frustrated with others not helping me .. I walked down the aisle and he was there "can I help you ?" Not only did he help me ... he didn't say ..go to aisle 19 ... he led me there and then proceeded to ask me about my project ... he actually spent time with me explaining how to do it and what materials I would need... Etc etc .. He was delightful, polite and concerned about this 80 year old lady taking on this challenge but he politely said .. "I think based on what I see you can do it !!" Great confidence booster . . Thank you and thank him!!! Please make sure he knows how much I appreciated the help !!! And make him an example of how your sales staff should help offer to help people .. Finishing this project and I'll be back to start another ! EJ Martinez”
