“Update: almost five months in and no complaints over quality or service! Wish rent wasn’t so damn high but that’s not just a Woodbine thing - that’s a landlord thing.Original review: So far, so good! This is my first experience with prompt maintenance from a FLoRiDa landlord.I will say that I’m not thrilled about how strict they are with the trash valet policy. The 3rd party vendor shows up outside of the 2-hour window and I’ve received one angry letter about having my trash outside my door not during the 2-hour window… but I see when then vendor shows up and I’d rather have it waiting for them than miss the pickup, but after speaking with the landlord, they said they are addressing it.Other than that, yeah, it’s expensive, but it’s worth the quality compared to other companies out there. Highly recommended so far, and I will update this review if anything changes. Oh and Mia and Jazmin in the leasing office are very professional, prompt, and polite!”
