This office has really gone DOWNHILL since Cheryl retired. They should change the name to reflect since she did retire. The two ladies (Bonnie and Karlee) in this office are very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE! I would never do business here! They don’t care about their clients like Cheryl did! Cheryl was very hands on and the reason I switched to Allstate. These two are going to drive this office into the ground! I have spoke to Sean valley and I plan on reporting their behavior and lack of doing their job to the Allstate Corporate office! I would have done it sooner however I felt it would be best to wait until my Condo sold so they don’t try to pull something shady. I would give ZERO stars if I could!
