This review is purely towards one of the drivers, Montreal.First, 5 minutes after I call he shows up.Secondly, Within 10 minutes he diagnosed the problem (which was not a normal problem to have) I am good with vehicles myself so if I call the tow truck it’s a real problem.Furthermore, after diagnosing the problem he corrected it and the truck started right up.If I could give this man 10 stars I would!

This Tow company actually stole my Dads car parked at his residence and we had to have them court ordered to return the vehicle, and even with the court order the owners son did not know what it was so Jupiter police had to force the teen kid to release the vehicle. Seems like a family business that operates in an extremely grey area.

Anthony did a superb job. He was very careful with my vehicle while loading and unloading. He was very polite, professional and a delight to ride with as we transported my car from Jupiter to the dealership in Stuart for repairs. After my car had issues in a shopping plaza this company was called to tow it but did not find my car and did not follow up with me. They had my phone number but simply left without calling me or towing my car. They simply cleared the call and left without telling me. When I followed up with them about two hours later a woman on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. Terrible experience.Services: Battery service

Jaycee is the bomb. I was stuck at a gas station and I saw the truck across the street and I asked for his help. He gladly accepted and helped me, diagnosed the car, and hooked me up and gave me a ride home. He needs a raise.

Called AAA to have my Vehicle towed home. All hooked up towing was dispatched. The driver Juan Casiano was very prompt to arrive and kept in communication when he received the call. On August 3rd I had to call AAA from a parking lot as I had a car problem. AAA contacted All Hooked Up and Juan Casiano came to my rescue. He was very helpful, courteous, polite and kind. I can’t say enough good things about this man. I am sure he is a very valuable employee to your company.

Amazing service, twice now within 4 months I’ve had to call AAA for same vehicle… the dispatch went through ‘All Hooked Up Towing’ both times I was estimated 1-2 hour wait time… and luck of drawn, both times, we received service from same drive both times!! Amazing guy, was here within 30-40 minutes, way earlier than estimate… guy is super friendly, very very professional, kind, courteous, and very respectful, had my young daughter with me & he drove extremely safely home, had cold waters for us, like red carpet service!Juan Casiano was driver, if ever in need & option to request… I strongly recommend asking for this guy! Terrible customer service. Very short on the phone and extremely unsympathetic. I called to find out how to help a hospitalized friend get their car out of impound and they could not have been more cold. Put me on hold without asking and terrible at problem solving.
