After my old computer crashed 2J was able to quickly determine the problem and recommended it was time for a replacement. They set me up with a great deal on a new Dell PC and also helped getting it set up with all my previous programs. I would certainly recommend them for any computer needs you might have.

My laptop with 500 gigs of storage was full. When one of them at least finally returned my urgent phone call, my "expert" that I count on couldn't find my problem. Download this. Install that. Delete this. They had no idea. A real head scratcher. Call your software company and see if they can figure it out. Here's my bill. First phone call and five minutes after remoting in, Mike at 2J found the problem. Needless to say, 2JData is my expert from now on.
