Old, run down Plaza on a very valuable piece of property. Recently sold for $27m. Just a matter of time until Plaza La Mer no longer exists. My only hope is that some of the existing small local businesses can afford the rent and become part of the commercial aspect of the redevelopment project.

Went to county line pizza. We walked in the door, no one was at the door to greet us. So we asked a server if we could sit at a table. Response was yes and menus were provided. After ordering wine a lady came to the table and asked who sat us there because the hostess was supposed to do that. We explained that no one was there and we asked if we could sit there. We asked if we should move. She stated she was busy.After receiving the bill, there was a Dutch added.I think we will go somewhere else.

It's just a matter of time until PLM will be torn down to make way for new development. The hope is that many of the successful, long-term tenants will be able to be part of the rebuild.

It’s a cute plaza, however, I am appalled at some of the drivers. Woman in black jeep with anger management issue honking and agressive hand gestures at me when I am trying to move my extended Escalade out of the parking.

I've heard alot of people say they've never been here before but once they came, they were impressed.Great second hand shops, restaurants and a Gelato shop that it addicting.
