We had the pleasure of renting a property that was under Mangrove’s management and can attest to their excellent service. They consistently responded in a timely and professional manner. Mike, Taylor, and AJ were friendly in our interactions and resolved any issue we ran into during our time as renters. When we had the opportunity to purchase the townhouse we were renting Mike was right there to help us through the process. Highly recommend their services!

I Have worked with Mike Watson for 15 years and found him to be the best Property Manager in PBC by far ! He has achieved that elusive balance between Tenant and Landlord . I had a fantastic experience renting an apartment through Mangrove Property Management. From start to finish, Mike, Taylor and AJ were incredibly kind and responsive. Any problems I had with the unit were quickly addressed, which made a big difference in my overall experience. I had hoped to continue renting from them when my unit sold, but unfortunately for me, it didn’t work out. I couldn’t have asked for a better Management team to work with and I highly recommend them

Mangrove properties has been my property management company for almost 2 years. They never fail to respond and have always rectified (the minimal) issues so quickly whenever they had come up. With all the terrible property management companies I’ve dealt with over the years, I’m grateful to have mangrove.

When we were looking for a property manager to manage our home in South Florida, I scoured the internet and read lots of reviews on different property management companies before settling on Mangrove. For me, as lifelong renters before recently becoming first time homeowners, it was paramount to me that I found a property management company that renters were also happy with, not just landlords.
And Mike Watson fits that bill. He has managed our property for over 9 months now and the reviews were not wrong. He is honest with the kind of integrity that I feel all humans should aspire to. He advocates for tenants, tells us what we can do better to enhance our home and the comfort of our tenants, and also has great people he works with- Taylor and AJ have been amazing and professional in all my interactions with them. I am grateful our property is in great hands.

Incredibly fast response time to issues with the property. They’d call the same day as we’d write in an issue and the issue would be resolved within the week, dependent on my work schedule. They are incredibly communicative. 10/10

I had the most pleasing experience ever. Very quick with work and responses. Taylor was amazing and very professional. The place was meticulously clean and fully ready for move in. All the keys were provided, and all needed instruction for the tenant (utilities transfer, garbage pick up, etc)
