“Automotive service and customer care done, right! I drive a 2013 and a 2007 automobiles. The vehicles have approximately 150,000 and 135,000 miles on them respectively. East Coast Automotive has done an excellent job of keeping the cars maintained and roadworthy. There have been the usual items that have needed service/repair typical to cars with as many miles as they have on them. “Heather and Mike with Mike’s Auto in Jupiter are the most compassionate people in mechanic work that I have ever met. They care about you and your situation. They do the best they can do to help. Mike has a real soft spot and will take care of you. My A/C was not always working when I turned it on in my car. Unfortunately, I was originally misdiagnosed from a former mechanic and told it was my control switch. Then, they informed me that the part was not available for purchase. I found the part online and purchased it for $150. I went to Mike’s Auto and he discovered it was the blower and resister. He felt bad that I was misdiagnosed. It ended up costing more than what we thought, due to me being previously misdiagnosed. However, I was thankful and grateful that he was willing to work with me and help me out as much as he possibly could. It sucks that now I am stuck with $150 part that I am unable to return and get my money back on. Heather apologized and was very sympathetic to my situation. It was requested that I leave my car with them all day, but it was worked on and completed before the end of the day. They are also fair and reasonably priced, as well.”

“If yall don’t already have a car place you love and trust, and even if you do, I couldn’t recommend All County Automotive enough. They even have a loyalty program that lets you accumulate rewards that can be used for future services. Not many places do that!
Every time we go there for service, they give us quality service at a great price, but also don’t come up with 5 more things wrong with the car. They do identify areas of concern, and let us know realistically a timeline for getting them fixed. And the customer service is outstanding.
For example, this week my wife drove over a screw got a flat tire, and noticed it when she went out to the garage to leave for work. So we did what we always do, call the car people we trust. The owners son Hunter came out and removed the screw, and patched the hole in the tire for us. IN THE GARAGE! This type of personal service is why we will always keep going back to them, and why we recommend to all of our friends that they take this cars to All-County!”
“If you're looking for an exceptional mechanic, I highly recommend Mark and his team. He was recommended to me, and was amazing from the initial phone call to the problem he finally fixed, after three years of warning lights and money spent with four other mechanics. Very nice, down to earth guy, and was completley transparent about the costs and work he had performed. I must add, It was a perk that he was $700 cheaper than the dealership's estimate, while also replacing an extra part before it too failed for my Volkswagen. Additionally, backs his honesty and great workmanship with a 2 year 24,000 mile warenty on any parts he puts in. The whole process was very timely and seamless!
