I had an great experience having a private surfing lesson with Paul!My husband gifted me a private surf lesson with Aloha Surfing School last weekend. Paul was a great instructor and was very informative and patient with me with all the questions I had. You can tell how passionate he is of surfing and his love of the ocean and natural ability to tell how the surf was acting. He taught me what to do, what to look out for and how to stay safe.It was a lot of fun and he calmed my fears. I gained more confidence as I wanted to challenge myself in the ocean to learn this sport. I will be back to push myself to learn more and would definitely recommend Paul at Aloha Surfing School!

My bestfriend and I took a private surf lesson with Paul… let me just say it was absolutely amazing!Booking was the easiest process, it was all done through text.Instructions on where to meet were very clear.Paul was fantastic!!! We learned so much and had the best time laughing and learning how to catch waves! We are already talking about booking another lesson and a trip to Costa Rica to dive into the surf culture!!If you are thinking about booking with Aloha, don’t second guess, just do it!SHAKA ??

Paul is amazing! He was a great teacher for all levels of surfers in the group. He gave lots of feedback and got everyone catching waves by themselves quickly. He taught our group how to use the board in the sand first, brought the right size boards per person on his 4 wheeler, and where told us where to stand to get the best videos. He is also very affordable and kindly threw in some extra time!

I would recommend this school to anyone interested. We were able to get a last minute spot the next day at this school. Paul was a great teacher! We caught a bunch of waves and had a blast.

This was my daughter's 3rd year with the summer camp - loves it. She comes home exhausted and happy. We do a couple weeks with a break in between sessions because a lot of sun. The counselors and staff are fun but attentive, the groups are small and designed to be like ages. They always remind them about sunscreen and safety. Local management is very responsive - and send reminders of any schedule changes or alerts. They broke out the teens this year for a separate location which was a hit. Highly recommend.

What an awesome camp for the summer! I am so grateful we found this camp and that we live close enough to have this opportunity. My 7 year old son has done this camp twice and has an amazing time. He learned to surf and they sent photos at the end of the week. I'm looking forward to him doing another week or at least lessons/day drop in!

Incredible experience. I've had surf lessons before but this one got us into the water quite quickly and had us riding waves within minutes. Patient, encouraging coaching in a perfect setting. We'll be going back again next week!

I went with two friends and took a group lesson from Paul who was so patient and accommodating that we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. He graciously allowed us to pass our time and surfed till we couldn't stand up anymore. The only complain which took away one star is about his surfboards. They are pretty beaten up and cheap to begin with. I got chafe on my chest from lying on the board.

Paul was a great instructor! Super chill, helpful & gave great tips. Also was very flexible about meeting at the best time for the best waves on a day that looked like there wouldn’t be waves at all! Because of Paul we were still able to catch a good window and get a ton of surfing in. I would highly recommend him for a good surf lesson!!

I highly recommend this camp. My kids had a great experience. Learning surfing skills, water trampoline, splash mats, games etc. The counselors were all great especially Nick. He was so welcoming to the kids and made them feel comfortable right away not knowing anyone there. He was always very personable, professional, and kind. My kids came home everyday happy and tired, what more could you ask for?!
