“I've been with this Pharmacy for more than 3 years now, because my insurance had a deal with CVS and forced me to use them.
The service has been very smooth from the pharmacy itself and people are very nice and very knowledgeable.
I am very frustrated with the CVS software system, which is really crappy. The pharmacy in Jonesville has no fault here.
I have had all my shots without without any issue.
Overall, great place, very friendly service, competent personnel. But CVS software system is crappy”

“We were looking for an address and we arrived there by chance and although I don't believe in coincidences, there is nothing better than getting there. a cozy place, merchandise from a town pharmacy, fresh food, a clean butcher shop with no bad smells, good prices and several employees in each department. There is no way you can leave the phamacy after dealing with them for any amount of time and not want to go straight to google and praise their awesome job. “Definitely like having the new T mobile in Sam’s club. They don’t bother you like AT&T did every time you walk in. Ended up switching from Verizon to t mobile and have been very happy with coverage and service. It’s actually been way better than Verizon. At least for this area. SUNNY was the sales rep that made the process smooth and have had zero problems. He even reached out the next day to make sure everything was good. Great customer service”

“Kinda surprised! I was quite impressed with my entire experience at the photo center at the Walgreens on Tower Rd near Archer Rd. An employee - who was very busy FYI - took time to walk me through the process of scanning and entering the photos I wanted to print. She even came by to check that all was okay. When I completed this rather arduous process and sent them to print, the computer said I could pick them up in 1 hour & 20 minutes. When the Walgreens employee (proud to tell you this employee was a woman - women rule?!) passed by and asked about my order, I said I would shop and hang around for the printing time. She laughed and said it would only be a few minutes, 4 to be exact! Brought em to me herself?Bottom line: highly recommended. If prints aren’t not 4x6 they’re not cheap, but the prints are professional quality??”
“Nathan is the nicest, most personable, most HELPFUL pharmacist I've ever met or seen. Every time we had a question, he has explained medications so thoroughly, all potential side effects, and offered great insight and tips. He knows my kids' names (and they his) and always talks to them when they're with me. He is just sunshine. The techs are always so helpful and informative and willing to go out of their way to get meds from other locations, or to find ways to make things more affordable. This location no longer offers curbside (despite still having the parking spots designated), and they don't accept FL BLUE (that's a Walgreens/CVS thing), but they are fast, affordable, and nice. Great location.”
“Hmmmm…well, This Walgreens is pretty much the same as most - well stocked with a wide variety of goods, from over the counter medications to greeting cards, soda, beer and water, office supplies, reading glasses, shoe inserts, hair care products, paper goods including planners, notebooks journals, toilet paper, lots of snacks and seasonal goods. Whew! That covers a lot of bases!”

“Such a fun store. I always go in for something specific and walk out with a bunch of stuff I didn’t need and a lot of it. Clean store, well stocked.. I love the app to be able to just checkout on your phone and leave. Makes it’s so nice to not have to wait in line.

“This is the best compound pharmacy I’ve ever found! Staff is top notch, always clear and concise. They take their time with patients to help the best they can. I have never felt rushed or dismissed like other pharmacies tend to do at times. Prince is absolutely wonderful and so is the rest of the staff I’ve spoken with.”
“I have been using Hometown Pharmacy for 15+ years. The staff is experienced and knowledgeable. Always there to help you. I have tried many other pharmacies. But, I have found Hometown to be the best. They never try to rush you. They are friendly, courteous, and available. This is the only Pharmacy that when you call, the pharmacy actually picks up and the pharmacist is always available to answer your questions. When you call other pharmacies you're put in a queue, have to answer numerous questions, and then put on hold forever. It's such a pleasure to call this Pharmacy and someone from the pharmacy picks up right away. They even saved my life once, by alerting me and one of my doctors about a black box warning if two medications are taken at the same time (may cause death). It is truly a HomeTown atmosphere. I highly recommend Hometown Pharmacy.”

“Their nice... The current team is definitely better than the ones at Tower Square!... Although they're not very good at acknowledging you there either! Have a lot of youth working at the time andI remember working for Publix we had was a rule if someone was within six feet you would speak you, would greet saying hello, let me know if you need anything!? Now they put their heads down and try to run away, but that's the youth some of the management are like! That especially at Tower square. For example I was shopping for some fresh made salads and deli sliders in the deli case, there was a staff member look like a manager.... unpacking boxes I guess he was a bit irritated. He wanted me to move around but didn't know how to politely say it or whatever! He didn't greet me or say ANYTHING. Later as I was taking a photo or something he asked me could he help me? On my way out the door! It was crazy. It seemed like he knew what he was doing.... you couldn't speak to me whenI was almost in your personal space but now when I'm heading out the door you want to ask me what's wrong? Anyways I'll just deal with this one over here....”
“I love this Walgreens !!! I was out of a very important medication due to my doctor’s mistake. Johanna went out of her way and above and beyond to get my medication filled for me during a weekend. I can’t thank all of the staff at this location enough. I had considered switching to another pharmacy but after the service at this Walgreens I will never go anywhere else.”

“I had a big problem because my prescription goes up to the double because the laboratory discontinued capsules, replacing then with tablets. No way to afford them using Single Care or Good Rx.
Then, the pharmacy manager suggested if I can find a discount at the lab webpage.
I did, and I got a supet discount until December 2024

Patiently explaining things I wanted to know. The rest of the staff were wonderful too. Thank you Sam's Club, you have restored my faith in pharmacies. (Take note CVS, Walgreens, etc.)”
