“I've been with this Pharmacy for more than 3 years now, because my insurance had a deal with CVS and forced me to use them.
The service has been very smooth from the pharmacy itself and people are very nice and very knowledgeable.
I am very frustrated with the CVS software system, which is really crappy. The pharmacy in Jonesville has no fault here.
I have had all my shots without without any issue.
Overall, great place, very friendly service, competent personnel. But CVS software system is crappy”
“It's clean, quiet and easy to navigate through to get to anything that was on my list. Quickly my hands got full because I was not expecting to see everything on my list and when I went to grab a gallon of milk one of the associates assisted without me even having to ask. It was such a small and kind gesture and was very helpful. I did not get the young man's name but I do appreciate him helping.”

“Staff members are excellent and extremely helpful. The pharmacy, however, for home delivery of medications and infusion products needs some work. If you use the Barnes pharmacy for regular infusions, you will need to hand drive them every step of the way. They respond quickly but only after prompted that you are rapidly running out of product.”
“This is just a good old hometown grocery store. You're not going to find everything on the shelf so don't expect it but the prices are pretty good

“Crowded with buggies all over parking lot, but then again, that's always how it is at Sam's in Ocala. The parking lot is a nightmare, so I normally go to the Gainesville Sam's. It's nicer and cleaner with a better parking lot.”

Have a lot of youth working at the time andI remember working for Publix we had was a rule if someone was within six feet you would speak you, would greet saying hello, let me know if you need anything!? Now they put their heads down and try to run away, but that's the youth some of the management are like! That especially at Tower square. For example I was shopping for some fresh made salads and deli sliders in the deli case, there was a staff member look like a manager.... unpacking boxes I guess he was a bit irritated. He wanted me to move around but didn't know how to politely say it or whatever! He didn't greet me or say ANYTHING. Later as I was taking a photo or something he asked me could he help me? On my way out the door! It was crazy. It seemed like he knew what he was doing.... you couldn't speak to me whenI was almost in your personal space but now when I'm heading out the door you want to ask me what's wrong? Anyways I'll just deal with this one over here....”

“Nathan is the nicest, most personable, most HELPFUL pharmacist I've ever met or seen. Every time we had a question, he has explained medications so thoroughly, all potential side effects, and offered great insight and tips. He knows my kids' names (and they his) and always talks to them when they're with me. He is just sunshine. The techs are always so helpful and informative and willing to go out of their way to get meds from other locations, or to find ways to make things more affordable. This location no longer offers curbside (despite still having the parking spots designated), and they don't accept FL BLUE (that's a Walgreens/CVS thing), but they are fast, affordable, and nice. Great location.”

“I went to the pharmacy to get a quick vaccine. Carlos was great at getting my information and the pharmacist who did my vaccine was awesome. Super quick and easy also so nice! Usually I dread the pharmacy. They were able to pull up my charts. I had one more HPV vaccine that I forgot about and they were able to do it for me on the spot.
