This is probably the worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been to the pharmacist are very rude. They never have the order ready when you come in even though online it says the orders are ready. I would stay far away from this pharmacy and find another place to go there’s a Walgreens across the street.

They have misfilled prescriptions. They told me incorrect information on at least 2 occasions. Will blame "corporate policy" when they do not want to do something. Finally able to switch with new insurance. Adios!

I have lived in many states due to my career and I can honestly say, this CVS has to be the slowest and poor attitude. I literally waited in the drive thru 28 minutes with only two cars ahead of me. When it was my turn the lady at the window seemed confused and had no sense of direction.

There's always a long line and wait at the pharmacy. You can't call ahead bc no one will answer. They've told me contradictory info at least twice. The customer service is mediocre at best.

I was looking for helium, happy birthday balloons. The girl that answer the phone took a couple minutes to track down what I was looking for and just so helpful when I got to the store. I wish I’d gotten her name.

Excellent customer service! The staff here are friendly and do a great job helping customers! The store was clean and organized when I was here.

I hate to leave a bad review and yet here we are. Order was called in twice yesterday to verify they received it. Followed up this morning via phone call to confirm a time. Showed up, not ready, set new time showed up not ready, now apparently it "might" be ready tomorrow. Use any other location but this one..

1 star, because there is no lower rating. Nightmare experience in every sense of the word. With the service they provide, I cannot imagine how CVS remains in business. Worst customer service of any retail store in the universe!

Wow! Debbie at CVS was so helpful. When their location ran out of my wife’s preferred disposable anti-leak undergarments, she loaned us a few from her personal supply!! Great customer service!

I went to the Cvs in jonesville bought 3 items when I got home the Thera flu I paid 20 bucks for was not in my bag or in my truck. When I called they would not even try to help I think the cashier kept for herself would not get a manager

I like getting my cheetos here. If they ever run out of cheetos, I'd riot. Otherwise amazing staff.
