“Jcpenny charges $8.00 for returns, so I had to go allll the way over with one T-Shirt. I noticed now if you order online from jcpenny there is an $8.00 charge. I guess I won't be ordering online anymore. ?. The store still has a pretty decent selection of merchandise.”

“I really like that place. Really liked your jeans. They're kind of expensive but they sure pretty and they sure are nice and they hold up very well. So I mean I guess you get what you pay for and they sure do look good on me for an old 60-year-old woman. They take up my pant legs for me you and they make them look nice on you. .. We got to do everything we can stick together and they got some nice clothes in there and those girls in there are willing to always help. Try to do whatever they can to make you feel good about yourself. If you haven't been in there, you should walk in. Try it out but do wear a sweater. It's always cold in there. Lol”
“Love this place! They're always pretty well stocked. The staff is always helpful but not overbearing. The size selection is always good. I normally find my size. They're always clean and organized. The clearance is MASSIVE. Both men and women's clearance has so many good options.”

“Stephanie at Forever 21 in Jensen Beach is absolutely AMAZING!! I had purchased two strapless swim tops and just couldn’t get them to fit right. I had lost the receipt (I let my 2 year old play with it thinking I was keeping the tops!) but had the details of the day and everything and she pulled some wizard skills and saved the day on my return! Thank you again for going above and beyond helping me! Will definitely be back!”
