I went into Windsor and the dress that I wanted was at the top so I took the stick to go it down because the employee was busy. Shelby was her name, she came over and grabbed the stick from my hand, I said you was busy so I’m trying to get that dress.She walked to another part of the store, never trying to get the dress down for me; just left me standing there. I also witnessed her being rude to another customer telling them this dressing room is closed go to the one in the front.This is not the way anyone should be treated when they’re spending their money. Someone needs to do a secret shopper on the day that Shelby is working and observe the environment that she’s creating when she’s on shift for everyone.Because of her behavior I will never return to that store.

Great store. Came to get my girlfriend a birthday gift and the staff was very helpful and nice! The manager Marcie helped me personally to create an outfit for my her birthday dinner. prices were great and customer service was the best!

Friendliest staff in all of the treasure coast mall! Welcomed me and assisted me the whole time while shopping at windsor! Margret and Marcie both helped me at dressing room and checkout, will be returning

This is a great store with an excellent bunch of girls working in it. I have personally complimented the manager marcey on her store and her girls on a couple different occassions. I have become a loyal customer as these girls know fashion, help me find styles that compliment my figure and are just so patient and kind while helping me find clothes perfect for me. I am picky and very short but not a problem for this store. They are really amazing. Ladies of South Florida & Treasure Coast, you will love this place. Very clean, knowledgable friendly girls, great clothes and a totally fun shopping experience every single time! Love this place. Am thankful and loyal to this store that actually still know the meaning of exception customer service!

HORRIBLE Customer service. I submitted an online return and when I got there the woman behind the counter refused to take it because of the 14 day return policy on evening gowns. (NO WHERE online or the return does it say that! PLUS it allowed me to submit the return and gave me a QR code... why would it do this if it wasn't allowed??) When I asked for the corporate number so I could call them, she told me to Google the number. (This is where I became annoyed) I asked her to write the number down and when I asked for her name she refused to give it to me because she didn't want to have the complaint with her name. Tall fake blonde with a nose piercing.

Love shopping there the experience is like non other the clothes are very reasonable I suggest trying on the clothes before you buy them especially if you are Hispanic or African-American because our bodies are shaped different we have to go up a dress size I am a large but I have to buy extra large only some larges fit so it's best that you try on the clothes even the ones on the clearance rack because if you have booty the dress will be shorter

I walked in there not knowing what to buy for my girlfriend and the whole staff was so helpful. They were all so kind. They are the nicest people I ever met. My girlfriend loved all the clothes I got her. Definitely recommend and I will be going there again.

Absolutely LOVE Carol Por at treasure coast mall. I come often and her customer service is absolutely amazing! She’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The store is beautiful and her personality is just so bubbly! I thought she was the manager for as long as she’s been there

I was having such a hard time finding a cute romper to fit my extra small body anywhere else in the mall. Till I met Marcie, Athena, and Angel they were amazing at this new location, helped me find the exact one I wanted in my size, AND it fit perfectly. They were so nice, welcoming, and willing to help. If you haven't checked out this new location you should!
