Instead of going on a rant about the mortifyingly rude experience I just had, I'll just say that I've officially broken up with Walgreens. I'll be using Amazon pharmacy for scripts and CVS for any convenience needs.

This is the Worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my 64 years. Took me 3 trips up there so I could pickup my heart medication. The service customer was horrible & terrible pharmacist I ever had to Not deal with, bad management. Go to CVS it has to be batter then Walgreens.

I see why this location is 3 stars. Poor customer service. I went it to look for bandage wraps and 2 Walgreen employees (1 a nurse from pharmacy & the other in sales) stood right in front of me (literally inches away) as they helped each other look for a specific item in the same shelf section I was in front of. None of which asked if I needed anything. And when I went to look for the associate just laughed and brushed it off. I guess they expected me to move out of their way because it seemed like where I was standing I was problem. No excuse me no nothing just completely ignored.

It never fails every time I go there-there is always a 45min wait, although I was told I would be ready in 30 minutes.

I have been doing business here and with the pharmacy for about 5 years. Used to be a good place but their staff changed about 2 yrs ago. The people are rude, mean and borderline violent. The pharmacy gave me someone else's medicine in Jan of this year. When I took it back the person screamed at me for breaking in to there pharmacy and stealing it. They wanted to call the police. But I had watched as they pulled the plastic bag out of a bin and, without looking placed it in a paper bag with my label attached. Personnel argued with me for a good thirty minutes before deciding to remedy the problem. They have since been snide to me as soon as I approach the counter. Supposedly everything I say in asking for my prescription is perceived as something hostile. The lie and make up excuses for their reprehensible behavior. I spoke to the store manager and informed him of what was going. He denied absolutely everything an then had one of the people in the pharmacy come to the counter screaming in a raised voice that I needed to stop with the lies, meanness and disrespect of his employees and ordered me to comply! I told him he needed to stick with correcting his and his peoples behavior as I was the customer and he had no authority to speak that way to a customer
Of course, I left and immediately changed pharmacies. Walking into this store is like walking in on a war zone by accident. Not friendly or truthful!

Always quick and convenient for what I'm looking for! Check-out is usually quick, except for the pharmacy at certain times! The store is clean and employees are friendly and polite.

This is my 3rd time trying to refill a prescription and it has been "lost" or "not ready yet" after calling this in and getting a specific pick up time I drive all the way over there to say they don't have it, or it's not coming in until next week?? I ask why I was given a pickup time and they said they don't know because they don't know who I spoke to. They are literally no help at all I will NEVER be returning to this pharmacy again. The standards of their employees are very low. Very INCOMPETENT people. Scary that they are in charge of people's prescriptions.

The pharmacy staff including the pharmacists at the Jensen Beach Blv, Jensen Beach Walgreens are rude, condescending and incompetent. Because they did not call me to inform me that the information I was given about my prescription was incorrect I could have died. I was not the only dissatisfied customer there today 8/25/2023. The customer after me said, and I quote: " You people are so rude. if you hate your jobs so much you shouldn't work here". I highly recommend that if your life depends on the prescriptions you take that you avoid this pharmacy. It is my strong opinion that the male pharmacist on duty today behaved in a manner that is nothing short of professionAl negligence. Furthermore, instead of simply apologizing he tried to cover for his actions by trying to make me feel small and incorrect in my thinking.

Pharmacists, in my experience, have always been so helpful, educated and willing to help you understand your medication. I just had the worst experience here. The Pharmacist was rude, crass, and walked away from me when all I wanted was to feel more comfortable about the change made to my medication. I also felt my privacy was violated with his crass tone. You sir, are clearly in the wrong career. Sad/: Surely he’ll have his side, probably calling me a “Karen”. Respect, compassion, kindness! Where are you? I will do business elsewhere.

This Walgreens in Jensen Beach has the nicest staff- they actually WELCOME YOU when you walk in the door! The store is clean and neat, and the sales are insane! I have become a constant shopper there. Thank you.
