“My daughter loves Journeys for most of her shoes. She especially loves their Doc Martin's. We just wish they had a few other color selections for children to choose from. They have a very large selection of shoes, otherwise.The store is always bright, clean, and the employees greet you as soon as you walk in. They're very friendly, helpful, and extremely patient with my selective daughter. If you're needing new pair of shoes for your children, I highly recommend checking them out.”
“It was a pretty simple pickup for the Air Jordan 3 Retro ‘Black Cement’. I walked in and walked out with my pair in a matter of minutes. I appreciate the staff making it seamless.
The only thing I had a problem with was … I called a few days before to confirm they were receiving the sneaker and a young lady told me that they would be open at 11am instead of 10am. I told her that it said that they open at 10am on Saturdays, but she insisted that it was 11am. I got there around 10:30am and they were open and had sold majority of the pairs already. Luckily they had one size 13 left and I was able to snag it. But certainly I was given inaccurate information.”
