“I am so glad I found this particular storage company!
I had gone to another originally, and evidently I missed the appointment (by 2-3 minutes). Property manager gone.
I reevaluated my needs and put a call into this company/ Jensen Beach.
Thrilled, the property manager, Kim, was totally awesome. Had a space for me near the office. Building and space- very clean.
So happy I “missed” my other appointment yesterday!”

She pointed out that I hadn’t signed my lease agreement (my responsibility of course), and that they’ve been asking me for the past 8 months (talk about patient people) I’ve used the unit.
THEN helped personalize my passcode to a more convenient one and I was on my way.
