I went in for cut/ style/blow-dry on 6-13-24. I wanted a wedge with fringe in back and sides angled down past my chin, which I've had before and loved it. I took pictures to show the stylist. My hair is thin, fine and I knew it wouldn't look exactly like the picture, but I wanted THAT style. I gave it over a week and where the sides are long and where the wedge is suppose to be, it was angled up behind my ears leaving a noticeable large gap, the sides are alot shorter and not past my chin. The only way I can wear it now is tucked behind my ears. The back looks like someone just chopped at it...very, very disappointed.
I'm sure I could've done better myself. I'm so disappointed I even have to post this...I'm hoping my hair grows fast for once so I can fix it...☹️
I got my eyebrows done also, she did a great job waxing them, I was happy with that.
7-10-24...update...I guess they only answer positive reviews...no response to my review. I had other responses with an attempt to fix the problem, I removed the bad review then...guess this one is staying up

Liz has been doing my hair for over 15 years. I have followed her since then and moved salons with her. I can honestly say Salon 1048 is the best salon she has worked at. I always feel so welcomed here. I don’t trust many people with my hair but Liz gained my trust 15 years ago and I’ve never looked back. She is a great stylist, she always does an amazing job with my color, cut and highlights!

Salon 1048 formerly Salon Appearances is the best hair salon by far. Salon 1048 is Fantastic why because they do whatever they can to have their clients leave with a smile and happy! Albert has been my stylist for over 26 years. He is absolutely amazing!!!! Several of the stylists styled the wedding party on several occasions. Each time done with such expertise. Love their Keratin treatment it lasts for months!!! I cant say enough good things about this salon. They are always up to date on all the advanced color and keratin treatments, haircut styles and new products from all the main hair shows. You are taken right on time and always the stylist’s full attention to so your hair is exactly how you want it to look. You will not leave disappointed!Services: Hair coloring
