This is by far the worst storage company I literally never write reviews but would like to save some people a future headache. In less than a year they have almost doubled my storage fee with no explanation or signs of stopping. Will be closing unit ASAP.

They offer a low price while also not honoring the deal they tease with by an email promotion (one month free)
Then after two months they increase the price by 50%.

Tamisha was the employee I thought was going to have to “hear it, from me” when my passcode didn’t work, and I was frustrated!
But the way she disarmed me with her abundant kindness so quickly, was the real surprise.
She pointed out that I hadn’t signed my lease agreement (my responsibility of course), and that they’ve been asking me for the past 8 months (talk about patient people) I’ve used the unit.
THEN helped personalize my passcode to a more convenient one and I was on my way.
Thank you Tamisha, for helping not just myself, but also my fiance and 3 year old whom I brought and regretted causing the inconvenience for.

I kept my vehicles at Prime Storage for around two years. The facility was excellent the security in peace of mind that I had there was second to none never really had any type of an issue. Highly recommended. I am in Florida and we have hurricanes they’re outside storage garages have always kept my vehicles safe and secure. It is a good alternative if you want to keep your possessions or your vehicles Out of harms way again highly recommend recommended.

The outside door to the hallway of my unit has been broken for OVER A YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fix it! No excuse!!!!!! Purchase a new door!!!
