“The people who work at this Pharmacy are some of the most helpful and caring people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in my 65 years. I had been using Express Scripts through TriCare for life because it was 1) supposed to be easier and 2) a better value. After the last three years of delays, missed shipments and claims of shortages (but Publix had the meds) I finally figured out Express Scripts is just another government boondoggle and took my business to Publix full time. That one small part of my life is better now. Thank you Publix pharmacy people.”

I had gone to a different location a week prior, and the woman who took my picture seemed less than enthusiastic about having to do it. The resulting image was one that I couldn't live with (think mug shot), but I felt bad asking her for another since she seemed crabby.
I decided to try again yesterday at this location, and the person who helped me was night and day different, from start to finish. She was pleasant, and helpful -- well aware of the best angles that would be both flattering, and US Passport official.
She took several photos, helped me pick the best one. I am so grateful to have gotten this redone. I wish I could thank her here by name -- she is the store manager if that helps. Thanks again for being so kind and professional!”

“This store is overall a great store. Really nice crew, clean, and well organized.
One ask for deli leadership - can you please standardize your training? I am a vegetarian so order a veggie sub. Because there is no meat, there is usually double cheese. It happens often that the deli folks don’t know and they overcharge me. Can you please fix this so we don’t have to go back and forth with the deli crew on how to charge for this item?”
