Management is super rude . Never in all my years of shopping have I dealt with someone like this . Shorts too small , bought online , went to return and because one pair was not showing up in their system she give store credit . Bc I requested a refund to my card she was extremely rude and has ZERO customer service . Y’all need a new manager!

This place is ridiculous. I bought a pair of pants and removed the tag. Never wore them and never wash them and it's obvious but they will not let me even exchange them because I removed the tag. Never heard of that in my life. I just think these kids don't know what they're doing. Stop hiring children who come to work to play and just want to hang out with their friends rather than learn the business because I know this isn't how retail works and I've never even worked in retail. I will never shop here again and will always steer people away.

I love this store so much. The employees are very willing to help if i can’t find a product in my preferred size or style. I am always greeted with a smile when I come in. What a pleasant experience. Bailey helped me through the whole process in finding the right dress for my graduation and checked me out. She is amazing!! Will be a returning customer for sure:)

Good selection but this store is always locked up in the middle of the day?! I’ve been trying to come in for a couple of days now and I guess I just can’t get the timing right. Are they still open or under new management?

This is a good place to go to get your swimsuits bathing suits all kinds of beachwear and all kinds of surf wear. They have a very good selection in beachwear and they should be able to get you in and out of there quickly and with good swimwear. Thank you, Larry

Well I must say, before I went there today I read their reviewsand they do not have good reviews on customer service so I was very hesitant on going there but it was the closest Pacsun to me and all I wanted to get was there perfume. So I was willing to deal with bad customer service just to buy this perfume. And what a lovely surprise oh, there were all girls working in the store they were all very pleasant they were all very helpful and I think that store is probably going back to normal now that they got those douchebags out of there LOL sorry no offense. So I have to say that according to what I saw today that PacSun in Jensen Beach is now a nice store to go to that you won't get harassed or made to look belittled in front of other customers by the employees..

Nice clothes, tons of cool styles for both girls & boys and a wonderful clearance rack near the back! I love the clothes here but it is sort of on the more expensive side. Staff wasn't too pushy with making you buy items you don't need, which puts me more at ease to shop here. If you enjoy shopping at urban outfitters, that's sort of what this store reminds me of.
