Stayed here all week. What a nice place. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Close to all the restaurants and pubs. No reason to leave.

I've lived here for 4 years and love it. It's perfect for a single woman--beautiful, secure, lots of company, great places to walk, lots of activities, and the cutest little downtown in Florida just a block away. They like dogs and my dog likes them too.

Great surprise ? is what describes your first impression of Ocean Breeze Resort! From the exterior, you just see modular homes, but believe me, it is nothing like that. Those are real homes, with high ceilings, beautifully decorated living rooms, large kitchens, and family room, too. The ground level can be equipped with barbeque and dinner table to enjoy dinners in a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. And our host was also an amazing ?? chef!!!! What an incredible experience!!! We strongly recommend this resort if you are traveling in the area.

I had the opportunity to stay at Ocean Breeze on a recent visit to Jensen Beach. To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. Ocean Breeze exceeded my expectations in every way; my pre conceived stereotypical opinion of modular home living was archaic to say the least. The rental unit we stayed in was clean and bright, with high ceilings, quality linens, modern appliances and every comfort of home. The gated resort was beautifully maintained, with views of Indian River, and within walking distance to quaint shopping and a variety of dining options. We took a tour of the property, and the amenities of the resort did not disappoint; weight room, club house, dining and a beautiful swimming pool. Trevor, our sales representative, who took us on a private golf cart tour, was friendly and so knowledgeable, answering every question, from hurricane standards to owning with rental opportunities. There really was no such thing as a stupid question, and he truly had all the answers. We had the pleasure of meeting Anthony, the resort manager (and his adorable dog, Jessica) as well. I absolutely love that the park is dog friendly (with little dog parks!) and my dog was able to enjoy the trip as well. We will be back!Rooms: Beautiful 9 foot ceilings, comfortable beds, quality linens. Definitely felt like a home away from home.Safety: The property is gated and all cars entering must have a pass and an entry fob.Walkability: Walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops, and a beautiful view of Indian River.Food & drinks: The resort has a pool side bar and grill on the premises. So many great breakfast places, fine dining, and casual bars and restaurants with live music close by.

We just booked one night as a quick stop on our return trip home from Key West. When we arrived, we both said "wow, I wish we could stay longer!" The people in the office were so nice, our site (616) was so spacious, all level concrete with a beautiful paver patio and right beside the most beautiful pool! We were tired from traveling so we decided to eat at the grill located by the pool and it was fantastic! We took a stroll around the property with our dogs and ended up in a cute downtown area with restaurants, bars and shops. We were sad to leave the next morning, but we'll definitely be back for a longer stay next time!!

We been living here for 4 years, ever since management changed, the grounds are not be kept up as well as in the past. There is so much weeds and over growth. It makes a big difference as far as appearance and upkeep

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze immensely. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The resort is pristine and beautiful. The home we stayed in was charming and immaculate. The amenities we used, such as the pool, hot tub, cafe, fitness facility, and laundry facility were all very well maintained and clean. This was our second visit to Ocean Breeze and both visits were marvelous. We will be back.

Beautiful location! Spotless grounds. Our rental was amazing and so clean and spacious. The pool was beautiful. The bartender Kim was so friendly and amazing drinks. Quick walk up the street to Restaurants and shops. 10 min drive to the beach. Will definitely book another trip to this wonderful place. The GM Anthony was wonderful!

I love this place and will continue to come back. Lots of space on each RV site, includes picnic table and gas grill. Fob lets you come and go as you like. Clean shower and laundry facilities. Love their pool. On-site bar and grill at the pool area. Multiple fenced dog parks and dog walks with p*** bag dispensers and disposal. Walking distance to downtown Jensen Beach. The beach is 5 minutes across the causeway. This is a 55+ resort.Food & drinks: Off season, the bar and grill are only open Sat and Sun.
