Had my mani & pedi here before and was always pleased. But today it seemed that the tech I had didn’t really want to do anything. I walked in, got seated right away, and she seemed to take her sweet time to get with me and then she seemed surprised that I wanted a manicure as well. She didn’t even put my nails under the uv light to dry them. I had to go back to get a touch up 2 hours later. I told her to put them under the light. She said no, I asked why, she said they were gel, I said they always done it before, so I put them under the light and they were fine and dry. Not sure if I’ll go back to them.

I did not have an appointment and I was seen right away. Maybe the time of day I guess I was lucky. My nail tech was Reed and he was super polite and professional. My service was an acrylic overlay. He did a really nice job and I loved my color (nude). I also had my brows waxed and the tech's name was GiGi. She took her time on my brows and did exactly what I asked her to do. Shape, arch, and clean up. She did not leave my brows too thin or choppy. I will definetly return to this salon and to these techs in the future.

Horrible customer service they knew they were closing. I requested a pedicure and a manicure fill-in and the lady that was doing my toes was very rough. The water was scalding hot. I would never go back there ever again. If I would’ve known they wasn’t gonna be able to give me the entire service, I would’ve got anything done. Total disappointment don’t come here unless there’s no other salons in the entire United States. I wish I can give them less than a one star

I've been here a dozen times now for acrylics with gel and for pedicures with gel polish. Everyone has been very polite and understanding with my crooked fingers lol the saon is always clean and busy but the wait isn't very bad. Plus you can leave your phone number and I'll call you when it's your turn so you can walk them all while you wait.
I do tend to go during the week, since they are less busy.

Service was terrible, I told them what I wanted which was a gel pedi and Mani. My pedicure was not great they cleaned up my nails painted them and that’s was it no massage. The worst was the manicure, she did not clean up my finger nails, I had dirt underneath them still when she said she was done. I told her about it and she said it was stained. So I then asked her to use her tool to show her it was not stained and in fact dirt from me gardening the day prior. She gave me her tool and I showed her which she responded she was done and not going to fix them. I tried to talk to someone else and they refused to fix it. I have no clue what there problem was, I kept to myself the entire time. Definitely would not recommend this place.
Oh and let me add my daughter got a full set and one of her nails was put on wrong, which they left.

Very clean place, however worst manicure I ever had. You can see ever layer of polish as none of them are the same. Big gaps and ragged near cuticles.

Worst pedicure ever, chopped the hell out of my toenails, I have skin flaking off of my feet and toes that should have been remove/ smoothed away and the paint job looks like Helen Keller herself did the job. Sad situation. It so horrible!

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. When I went to get a full set the lady I had wasn't professional what so ever. When doing my nails she cut me multiple times and even poured a bunch of the chemical stuff onto my cuts to "clean them" which hurt super bad. I will never be coming back again. Do not waste your money here.

Saddening experience today, they up-charged me (Specifically #9) regarding a nail that fell off 2 DAYS after getting them done, i’ve left Florida for NY and called and they said they’ll fix it on the house once i get back. He was repeadtly saying “I dont care”, “whatever”, then eventually mumbled a racist remark upon me. I will not be going back, very uncomfortable there.

Rude. Name on list. They took two walkins who came in after me. Never called my name once. Called who I was with so I walked up and took my name off the list. When asked i said because you took people who came in after me. Their response was no response. What jerks

I RECEIVED THE BEST PEDICURE IVE EVER HAD TODAY!!!! David @ chair #12 is AMAZING!!!!!!! Looking at the reviews I was a bit iffy.. However, with it being Sunday and holidays and not having much time to go to my regular nail lady, and wanting to bring my daughter I decided to give it a shot. Like I said BEST PEDICURE EVER! I will he back just for David and his magical hands! Very pleased with my healthy nails and my daughter gel nails ! Clean salon, with lots of chairs and great color choices !One thing, the prices! Hints the 4 stars. Very pricey but overall good place.
