“Okan is the best phone tech I’ve ever seen hands down. About a week ago my iPhone started flashing saying that it needed to be restored. I went online and then follow the prompts to iTunes to hook it up to the computer to get it restored that didn’t work. I took it to a couple phone jacks in the area, which was suggested to Apple support And nobody was able to get my phone restore. I went to Best Buy to the geek squad. They told me to leave the phone with them for 30 minutes I did. They told me that is an issue that they’ve never seen the error code that was unexplainable. I took it down to the Apple store afterwards . Apple had no explanation. They told me I needed to purchase a new phone. At didn’t have the money to spend to buy a brand new phone so I didn’t know what else to do. Ocon has fix my phone screen before, so I figured I would give him a shot again. He tried restoring it here at his chaos and it didn’t work so he asked me if he could take it home so he can run and pop couple programs on the phone. I told him sure I came back the next day and, he said those programs didn’t work but he had a few other ideas that he didn’t want to do and so he asked me first so I told him well if you can’t get it fixed then I will just be sitting with a bad phone, so why not give it a shot he asked if he could take it home again. I let him when I came back the next day. He had my phone fixed by going into the phone and doing his thing he replaced it with a new piece and now my phone is back good as ever I really recommend his service because he was able to do with none of the phone companies can do or none of the other tax he took his time he was very patient and he figured out the problem problem and my phone and fixed it . He’s the best! Highly recommended!”
