The only thing I had a problem with was … I called a few days before to confirm they were receiving the sneaker and a young lady told me that they would be open at 11am instead of 10am. I told her that it said that they open at 10am on Saturdays, but she insisted that it was 11am. I got there around 10:30am and they were open and had sold majority of the pairs already. Luckily they had one size 13 left and I was able to snag it. But certainly I was given inaccurate information.”
“I really like that place. Really liked your jeans. They're kind of expensive but they sure pretty and they sure are nice and they hold up very well. So I mean I guess you get what you pay for and they sure do look good on me for an old 60-year-old woman. They take up my pant legs for me you and they make them look nice on you. .. We got to do everything we can stick together and they got some nice clothes in there and those girls in there are willing to always help. Try to do whatever they can to make you feel good about yourself. If you haven't been in there, you should walk in. Try it out but do wear a sweater. It's always cold in there. Lol”
“One of my favorite department store. This location, even though they did not have enough employees to help, one sales associate went out of her way to help me in the checkout. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but I want to say thank you and hopefully she will be recognized one day.
