Not a single stain on the upholstery came out. All different scenarios...OK he's not a magic worker but some were minor salt from sweat coming from the beach. I am about to go out with hot water and dawn and see what happens. Still dog hair like he didn't even vacuum. So I need to go behind him and vacuum as well. Didn't touch the cup holders or side compartments. I will need to address those as well. Still dust under the steering column. Spots on the hood that I wouldn't leave if I was washing the car myself. I will need to clean those off as well. Came out to thank him and give him a tip but after seeing the lack of attention to detail I didn't even have the patience to try to get him fix his mistakes. Save your 250.00 and do it yourself or find someone who takes pride in their work. I have never paid a mobile detailer before and won't ever do it again without a referral from someone I trust. Almost 100.00 an hour for pitiful work that I will have to re-do

I just used him for the first time after many people recommendations from a lot of fellow business owners and i was super impressed with how he made my brand new boat shine more then it did when I pulled it out of the showroom. Mike did an awesome job on my car that had ALOT of paint overspray on it... he made it new again!!! From the beginning when I called for an appointment, he called back, gave me a date and time, called to confirm and showed up early which was all amazing! He also stuck to the prices given with no surprises!Now I have him come for regular detailing, I hit the beach ALOT and he makes my cat look brand new everytime!!

Had him come out to detail my truck. I get home from work to see white all over. I message him about that and one other issue. He didn’t say anything about the wax and streak marks that I had to go over. The pics were maybe 1 1/2 hours after he finished. What’s the point of paying for a detail if I have to go over it again. Kept saying wants to make it right but offered nothing. Then blocks me on Facebook from being able to review or comment and deleted his post.Service: Car waxing
