I'm really glad I opened a mailbox with Mail Box Plus. Getting my mail there (and not having to worry about changing my address) is just the start. I send all my packages and handle Amazon returns there. They print documents for me, and have all the mail supplies I need. I LOVE getting my packages there...no porch pirates! But the best part is the lovely people who work there. I always look forward to saying hi and having a nice chat with them when I stop by.

Friendly staff that helps my business that sends a bunch of items out, daily, run my operation smoothly. People who had good experiences need to speak up and leave reviews and drown out these loser Karen reviews & comments.

dropped off a package on 04/04/23 and the recipient still hasn't received the item. Today is 04/12/23 the packages was all custom items that are not replaceable. When we walked into the place we thought that our package would be handled with care. We were told that the tracking had to be hand keyed, WELL i guess they messed it up because it is now MIA. Wouldn't recommend dropping anything off here.

Super friendly, when you've been there a few times they remember who you are. Always attends to people first come first serve. I now have a safe place to have packages delivered and the prices are reasonable.
