Doesn't even deserve one star. Deserves negative 5000000 stars. I was having a new washer and dryer delivered. During installation they were unable to stop the water after the water valve broke while trying to turn it off. They called me out to the garage where it was pure chaos. Water was squirting everywhere, they were yelling in Spanish and asking me where the main water line. I did not know where it was and was in a complete panic watching my garage flood with water. They were telling me I need to go get someone to help. I said I can't leave my home I have two kids inside. My mom was able to come over while I was in my bedroom having a full blown panic attack over the situation. She was able to help them and they finally got the water to stop. They hooked up the washer and dryer but after all the water damage and breaking the water valve the new washer now does not work. The sensor lights turn on but the water never goes into wash mode. We called Lowe's to explain the situation and I spoke to Ellie. I told her during our phone call that the delivery drivers were trying to contact me and were at my gate and she said that they don't need to come back after explaining if they take the new washer I won't be able to use my water. I thought she had communicated with the delivery drivers but I guess not because next thing I know my mom told me there is someone at my front door. The delivery drivers came back and my mom went I to the garage with them. They were pleading with my mom trying to get her to say that the water valve was already broken which it was not. My old washer and dryer worked just fine, I literally did a load of laundry last night so it was not broken before. This new washer and dryer was a Christmas present from my father. I stepped out into the garage to bring my kids in since my mom had them out there. I noticed the one delivery driver was recording the entire thing, with my kids present. I immediately told them to leave, that I did not authorize them to come back to my property and I don't know how they even got in the gate. I brought my kids inside again in a full blown panic fearing for my safety. My mom stayed out there and tried to calm the situation again asking them to leave numerous times. They played around with the washer but it would still not work. After about 20 minutes and numerous times asking them to leave they finally did. These men were clearly very upset, telling us this will now come out of their pocket. They have my address and phone number and videos of children and home. Fast forward to the plumber coming to fix the broken valve, washer still didn't work after all the water damage. I told lowes MULTIPLE TIMES, do not send the same men to my home when delivering the new washer replacement. WHAT DO YOU KNOW???!!! The same man recording me and my children shows up. Smiles at me when he sees me and gave me a creepy "good morning smile" I stared him down and didn't say a word. I will NEVER purchase from this company again. This isn't even the full story btw I have more to add but not even worth my time. Lowe's could offer me a brand new appliance of my choice and I would laugh in their face. Save your sanity and DO NOT SHOP HERE.

After 4 visits to this location and providing receipt & labeled cans as they requested Lowe's Manager Donnie refused to stand by there product and mistake. Clearly the employee improperly mixed the color pattern and gave me purple paint not Grey selected from there swatch The Elephant in the room. As Manager Donnie did not do his job, suggested no resolution and showed no compassion or understanding. Having to re-purchase and re-pay the contractor due to Lowe's Mistake is not good business practice and I suggest the consumers shop at a business that stands by there products and cares about there customers. Sadly Lowe's just lost a repeat customer of many years.

Lowe's Home Improvement A family member of mine was permanently injured by an employee's negligence. The employee HURLED a bag of WET mulch into her car and snapped her wrist. I watched it happen with my own eyes. Even after we asked the employee to use the side door and place it in the vehicle. My family member had to quit her job of 12 years due to this permanent injury. Lowe's is taking NO ACCOUNTABILITY and trying to make it sound like her job caused the injury. Even though she has medical documentation showing otherwise. So now I'm taking her story public. People need to know. Lowe's doesn't actually care about people. Shame on you Lowe's!

Please stay away from hiring Lowe's to do any home improvement. They will hired several subcontractor to do one job. I m currently dealing with a nightmare in my kitchen. I had to paid $300 dollars to fix my outlets in the kitchen because none of them weren't working after my countertop was installed. They left cuts on my kitchen wall after the backsplash was installed and no one is taking responsibility. Lowe's hired Empire Stone to make the measurements and they claimed that they sent the measurements to Lowe's so they could hired a company to make the cuts on my wall, but they are not liable. The lady from Lowe's that currently is supervising my complaint keeps assuring us that Empire Stone will fix the wall. Nothing is getting done.

I'd like to thank Lance and Gary for helping me in the plumbing section on 4/15. I needed some pvc pipe cut from a long 8' section. 22 different small pieces we're needed to help with a hobby project, Without any hesitation, the both of them cut the pipe and helped me to choose the other pieces needed to complete my project. Glad you have employees like them. Good Job Guys! Thanks Lowes'!

Went to Lowe's tonight to get some home supplies and witness an absolutely sad thing. Shelia a "supervisor" who obviously loves to abuse her authority. She treated her fellow coworkers horribly, making one younger gentleman walk the parking lots several times to get a single cart. Personally as someone in management this is a perfect example of someone who shouldn't be in a leadership role. It's honestly sad for these employees that they have to put up with this tyrant. I am not looking forward to shopping here again and am not happy about Lowe's hiring such a horrible person as a supervisor when she shouldn't still be working there in the first place. Hope she reads this and gets a reality check!

Not only do they not honor their online prices but they will also tell you to go to Home Depot. After the customer service last refused to get a manger I found another associate to get him and he too was rude. So here I am at Home Depot and it's way cheaper here anyway so thanks for that

We just bought a new home that needs a complete interior remodel so off to Lowe's in Jensen Beach I went. It was hands down THE BEST experience I've ever had in any big box store!! First I encountered Jessica while looking at cabinets and counters. She was beyond helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She and I will definitely be creating the new kitchen together. After that I moved onto flooring and was lucky enough to come across Justin. He too was so skilled and went above and beyond to help me pick out flooring choices. He even mixed up a sample of my paint color for me. Both of these individuals deserve major kudos for their work ethic and attitude. They are both definitely a huge asset to your organization. Thanks Jessica and Justin... I'll be back!!!

Always enjoy the variety lowes offers, much better than other stores in terms of variety. The only thing I hate is the customer service isn't as good as other stores
