I went in for full highlights- not a cheap fix. Linda rudely told me no texting, I wasn’t. However, I had important emails coming in and I scrolled through quickly telling her that it will only take a minute. I was being very careful not to move my head. That made her mad. She kept roughly repositioning my head to the same position even though it hadn’t moved at all. So very rude and rough. I have been highlighting my hair for over 35 years and have never had a stylist treat me this way. Needless to say, I will not recommend nor go back again. Linda has anger issues she needs to control.
And highlights came out over bleached. I had to have them fixed. Ugh!

Horrible ! Had a 9:30 appointment.
Waited, and waited. Said she'd be with me in a couple of minutes. Bull! I just ended up walking out. No apology or respect for my time.
Just as well cause last time I got stabbed with the scissors several times.
