Very rarely do I shop at Kohl’s, but when I do, it’s always exciting to go to this particular location. The store is well kept, clean, and the staff are very friendly.

The store was very clean, organized. The workers there are very helpful and professional. They take their time with you and have alot of patience especially for a mom with 2 small children.

This Kohl’s location is a very clean store. Friendly and helpful staff, good prices and sales. Cashiers are pleasant and help with coupons if you don’t have any with you when purchasing your items.

I liked it better before Sephora moved in!! Now the whole jewelry department is gone!! I stopped in Sephora the other day and it's not even the same as it was when it was in JC Penney's!!! They at least had someone that knew what they were doing and had a chair to sit you in to try makeup on your face!!! Not now, you get a sponge and a mirror at the end of the isle!! Customer service has just gone down the drain and I for one am sorry to see it go. I miss it and want it back!!! Also, when I left, I got an email to get a Khol's card, which I applied for and I got a letter the other day saying congratulations on getting your new Sephora card!!! Where did that even come from??? I asked for Khol's, not Sephora!!! Everything is going so crazy!!

We used Kohl's to return a package to Amazon. They gave us a $25 gift certificate just fir using them.
