During the week day there’s little foot traffic so it’s easy to shop around. The lighting around the store can be fixed.

I love Joann Fabric but I only gave 3 stars because of the lighting. I buy yarn and it is difficult to see the colors of some of the yarns due to only one fluorescent light over each of the aisles. I have to walk to another area to see the colors. Other knitters or crocheters I have met on the aisles have cumminicated to me the same issue

I have been shopping at this Joann's location since they opened...I have never seen it like it is today. Half of the light bulbs are out so the whole store is dark. The floors are disgusting...dirt and stains all over. They have not been mopped let alone swept in weeks to months. Not to mention the mess on the shelves/aisles. It was so bad I asked the cashier if the store was going out of business, because why else would it be such a mess. . Very disappointed.

The store is clean, and fairly organized. My issue is with the lighting system. Over half of the lights do not work. This is quite an issue when making purchases such as yarn. It is hard to tell the actual color of the product without the correct lighting. This is compounded with all the different color bulbs in the fixtures.

It’s dark in that store, half of their lights are out and when I asked an employee why it’s so dark she suggested I go up and change the light bulbs which was so rude. What’s wrong with them? Is there no management to manage the store? How can one pick fabric being in the dark? It’s very disappointing.

All of the people who work here seem pretty miserable. I don't blame them, the lights have been broken for like a year now. I've also noticed that their air conditioning doesn't work. An employee mentioned to me that it's often broken, either freezing or super hot. The cameras are also broken, so when you walk into the store there is a screen that's busted. None of the shopping carts are functional or clean. With the overall atmosphere aside, their prices are outrageous. Walmart sells schmetz needles for $3 and Joann sells them for $8. Their thread selection is mediocre, as well as the fabric selection. I have no idea why anyone would choose to shop here

Great prices. Great products.Store is freezing! Makes me want to rush out of the store instead of taking my time and browse. Next time I'll bring a sweater..Also sad to say the employee I encountered was Not the friendliest. But that won't keep me from returning
