Super clean, very cute hotel. There are multiple places to work. The only issue I had was Internet connection late at night, but I think that was due to the weather.

I recently stayed in the Crane Room, and I have to say that although Trevor was extremely generous in giving me the suite for the price of a room, which I really appreciated, I would not stay here again. The size of the suite was very nice and more than adequate. However, the Kuerig coffee maker in my suite was broken, so I had to go get coffee both mornings. I was also told there would be a microwave in my suite and all there was, was a toaster oven with dirty, sticky knobs that obviously hadn't been cleaned off in a awhile. No plastic shower curtain, just a thin cloth type curtain. No soap, no clock in any rooms in the suite. Bathroom sink had a soap film on it (yuck!) ? and no plastic or paper cups for when you rinse after brushing your teeth like most hotels, even cheap ones provide. I was rinsing with a wine glass. LOL ? Plus train comes through ALL NIGHT LONG all different times, which makes sleeping well practically impossible. But I will say that the bed and pillows were comfortable. Also, no A/C. My suite was like a hot box. Also, check out time is 11:00, but they will want to start cleaning your room before you even leave. Seriously. I had the top bolt on my door secured, and someone literally tried getting into my room while I was still packing up to check out because I noticed the bolt had been moved. At least in My Cousin Vinny, the train only came through once. LOL ?

Loved this place. Perfect location, heart of downtown, next to a grocery store, next to the water. The room was comfortable and the building was perfect for our stay. They had an entire kitchen for access as well as a living room area and outdoor patio. Keep in mind the train does pass this building, however I slept through it no problem. Will be back again.

This place has a great location right on the downtown strip. Walking distance from all the bars, restaurants and coffee shops as well as Publix. It was a little noisy at night with the train, however, we stayed in a room directly against the train tracks. For our next stay we will stay on the other side of the Inn and I am sure it will be much more quiet. (Shark and Snook are closer to the train tracks for reference). The common area is beautiful and they offer a roof deck with a great view! The rooms are all updated and very clean, it has like an old Florida feel/vibe with all the wood accents and scenery. The owner mentioned the restaurant directly below may be opening again soon so we cannot wait to back. We went out our first night and then stayed in our second night and felt right at home. Everything is remote which is actually nice, no need to check in or out at the front desk and the place is very quiet without a lot of movement going on. It was a great staycation location for us. There is an elevator in the back as well so please do not fret over the stairs.

Our host Trevor did everything possible to make our stay memorable. He and his family have taken over the property and been making upgrades without losing the historical feel of the building. We rented all the rooms with family and friends and had a wonderful stay. The location is great with several restaurants within the block and live music at some of them. We live local but stayed at the Inn to be with our out of town guests. Thank you Trevor for an excellent stay!

We absolutely fell in love with this place. Can’t beat the location, Trevor was so awesome to interact with. Loved the privacy and layout of the Snook. Yes there’s a train track across the street but unless you have your hearing aid at an ultra sensitive setting it is a mild backgroundAmbient sound. It adds personality to the area in my opinion. We will definitely be back.

It's a nice spot with restaurants around. , A bit to close to the train tracks. The room was nice and clean, the public area was not finished, will be good when it's

I don’t normally like to complain, but what we paid for this Inn was outrageously over priced!!! Absolutely no staff on site, no continental breakfast as advertised, broken AC and the train sounded like it was going thru the room! We like historic places but we were very disappointed!

What an awesome old building to stay in. The center of the pineapple capital of the world in its prime days. Getting the keys was pretty easy, all over phone/text as their is no front desk. The building exterior and interior have been upkept well. The paintings and decorative accents are wonderful. The bed, bathroom, and even the extra hang out areas and kitchen are a great plus. Room was well worth the cost and we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast baskets available are a perfect grab and go meal. We will return. There are a few things to keep in mind: 1- The restaurant and bar on first floor ate no longer open, so don't plan to eat or drink on site (bars and eateries are very close by). 2 - The hundred plus year old railroad system runs directly across from the hotel and the entire business district. We loved it, but it is loud and does shake the walls a couple times a day and night ;-) 3 - They use 1 ply toilet paper, you've been warned lol

Cloth shower curtain allowed floor to get soaked. Bed was a box spring with a soft topper (no matress). Wifi was the speed of a snail and half the buttons on the TV remote were broken. Continental breakfast was just a bunch of packaged snacks like muffins and yogurt. This is also very close to train tracks, though I didn't mind the noise.Would I stay here again? Yeah, totally. For 1/3 of what we paid I would happily stay again. It was far too expensive for the quality.

Elizabeth and Tammy are wonderful. My wife and I aspire to run an operation as smoothe as this one! Tammy offered us beach chairs, beach towels and more. What a wonderful honeymoon getaway. Thank you ladies. ?
