Beautiful animal hospital. It's tucked away in the most charming neighborhood, right next to the water. They are an all service general practitioner. They have dental/ full-body digital radiographs, in house blood work machine's. Lovely surgical suite, even handheld ultrasound. They do some boarding for their clients and it's nice , quiet and clean. It's a phenomenal gem.

Called in as a new patient and was able to be seen the same day. Staff was very caring and thorough, definitely went above and beyond and it was very much appreciated. Took the time to explain test results and set expectations. Would definitely recommend this office. The front desk staff, the techs and the doctor were all excellent.

This place sucks I called to make an appointment for my 10 year old cat for a wellness exam and the girl who answered my call got all of my information wrong she kept asking me to repeat how to spell my name and I told her 5 times and she still got it wrong. She put my Gmail in wrong after telling her 3 times how to spell it when she just gave up and put it down her way a didn't even care to correct it. I made the appointment at 2:00pm and she said that was a good time and when I got in the car mind you my cat doesn't like car rides and it stresses him out.on my way there I got a call saying my appointment was at 1:30 and if I was comeing I told them it was at 2 and they said they had someone else and to make it a different day. After I was half way there and stressed my cat out so much. I would not recommend this place the staff don't listen

My dog has been seen by a few Vet Clinics across the nation. Jensen Beach Animal Hospital hands down is one of the best. My Frenchie was seen by other Vets and after multiple medications nothing was working. She was seen as a new patient same day as it was a concern. They were most friendly from front staff, to the Tech and the Veterinarian Doctor. She worked hard to rule out everything that could be life threatening. They have means to get things done if your dog needs anything done same day, such as an x-ray. I knew within a reasonable time what the plan was and they even called the day after to check in on her. I recommend them highly as I've been to many from Alaska down and a good Vet and Clinic are hard to find.

I have been taking my Shepard to Dr Kiel and Dr Craney since we moved here five years ago. I can not begin to express how kind, compassionate and caring these people are with your pet.. Diana, Barbara, Alyssa, Alex ,and Kristen all helped my family make the tough decisions for my Harry. Anyone who’s ever put their pup down knows the pain of losing your baby but JBAH helps you along the way. My baby was 12 years old and led a great life, he was a healthy boy till the end. ?❤️?

JB VETS AND TECHS ARE THE BEST. THEY LOVE ON MY FURBABY MORE THAN I DO WHENEVER SHE HAS TO GO IN FOR SHOTS OR EXAMS.
THE JB TEAM HAS ALWAYS GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND BUT DIANA IN PARTICULAR ALWAYS FOLLOWS UP TO ENSURE I RECEIVED MY PETS SEISURE MEDICATION. YOU CAN TELL THEY ALL LOVE CARING FOR ANIMALS. OF COURSE THERE’S BARB WITH HER PATIENT, PLEASANT VOICE WHEN I CALL UPSET NEEDING TO COME IN ASAP!
I’M GRATEFUL AND VERY BLESSED TO HAVE FOUND THIS VETERINARIAN OFFICE.

Dr Keil is always sharing her thoughts and concerns throughout my pets examination. She has a gift for putting both animal and human at ease. Able to fully explain her recommendations. Always offers treatment alternatives, costs, expectations short and long-term consequences. Her skillful confident manner, allows for swift and painless administration of treatments. Making your pets trip to the vet a positive experience. The staff is skillful, competent, and capable. Obtaining thorough medical histories. Always putting in an extra effort in a very thoughtful and precise manor. Well-trained In leaving no stone unturned to provide the doctor with an in-depth background work up. Overall if you love your pet, I know of no one capable of providing a better experience.

Two weeks ago, my dog went in for a dental and died at Jensen Beach Animal Hospital. My sweet 4 1/2-year-old pup, Sumac, died from an apparent bad reaction to pre-anesthetic meds given to him by a vet tech. All he needed was a dental! but instead, I had to pick up my beloved dog's corpse later that day. That day, Sumac a very small Peruvian Hairless dog, underwent a successful physical exam and appeared to be in perfect health. Subsequently, a vet tech administered an opioid intravenously to prepare him for anesthesia. After being left in the kennel, when they checked on him next, he was already in a dire condition, leading to the initiation of CPR.Then there are conflicting accounts: The vet tech tells me she gave Sumac the opiods outside his kennel and then returned him to the kennel, but the doctor says nope, he was given the shots inside the kennel and stayed there all along. What's the real story? Why the discrepancy ? Was anyone even keeping an eye on how my dog reacted to the drugs from the get-go? The medical records are vague on that matter.By the time they figured something was off, he was already in a bad way. Apparently CPR was initiated while Sumac still had a heartbeat…. The doctor then, chose to prioritize calling me to let me know that my dog was in a bad shape, instead of staying with her patient throughout the emergency! She left him in the emergency room alone with the vet techs doing CPR on him, only to return to him not having a heartbeat anymore!Despite the known risks associated with anesthesia, the clinic failed to offer me a pre-surgical examination close enough to his procedure date. When I sought further clarity on anesthesia and CPR protocols as well as staff qualifications, the practice’s manager flatly denied my requests, dismissing my rights as a consumer. And to top it off, they’re still sending me reminders for Sumac’s appointments and deals, as if he's still alive. Talk about adding insult to injury. It just shows a real lack of care and attention to detail. All this has made me want to warn other pet owners: THINK TWICE before taking your pets to Jensen Beach Animal Hospital. Specifically if it involves Anesthesia Procedures.

We experienced a life/death experience with our sweet pup in December. He was bitten by a venomous snake leading to an intense month of critical care. Dr. Kiel was extremely knowledgeable and amazing every step of the way. Alex the tech was also incredible and Barbara is a true angel. But we have left the practice due to the unprofessional and absolutely disgusting office manager. We had a situation where a pain patch was misplaced (that I already paid for) and she consistently stated it was given to me (and it never was) and was totally fine with just stating that there is no proof that it was given but the practice was not taking any responsibility. When asked to speak with her manager, her exact response was “he doesn’t do that”. She was the worst person I have ever dealt with. We have 5 other pets at the practice that we have also moved and would not recommend anyone to the practice because they are unwilling to be fair and professional . There are a bunch of great vets that until they remove the office manager at this location, it is not even worth going here.
