I brought my iPhone 12 mini here for a simple screen repair. It had only been used for 3 months- bought directly from Apple. Upon pickup they told me that the motherboard was fried and that they couldn’t do anything about it. They will not take responsibility for frying the motherboard. They keep saying I brought it to them like that however I had used it to make a call 30 minutes prior to dropping it off. They did refund me for the “screen repair” and put my broken screen back on the phone, but will not replace the motherboard or compensate for the value of the phone. I am now out $729.99 for this (value of phone) A motherboard repair is almost the same price as the phone itself!

After exausting all my options I went to the mall and walked into ifix & Repair and Imon was so patient and kind. Even though it was almost time to close he still took me and made sure my phone was fixed and I had a screen protection. He was excellent and very professional and very affordable. Do not hesitate come to treasure coast mall I fixandrepairs for ur fone needs.

UPDATE: We took it somewhere else to get fixed and they confirmed the part was a defective part. So pissed we had to pay twice as much because they refuse to fix their mistake.
Horrible.. My daughter paid $160 to change her broken screen, and within 45 days, the screen is literally separating from the phone. They have zero warranty and guarantee on their work. Absolutely the worst repair ever. I have had screens fixed in many places, and everyone has always given me a guarantee on their work. I guess that's why the others actually fixed my phones correctly. Check out the picture of how the screen is separated.. And no, it was not dropped. The phone has old marks, but it's been babied and in a case since getting fixed.

Terrible customer service! My S24 Ultra screen was cracked and they replaced it. It started glitching on text within the first 30 days and when it didn't stop I called. They told me to bring it in and when I did they said there was no warranty. I can not swipe at all now. They want another fee to fix the connections that they did not secure properly in the first place! SCAMMERS!! (At least the location in the mall is)

My MacBook Pro’s screen broke, I sent an appointment with Best Buy through their Geek Squad service, and since I didn’t have Apple Care and the whole screen had to be replaced, they said it would cost me 600 at the least (most likely way more) and said they would have to take it to Apple and it’ll be 2-3 weeks and be half of the price of a MacBook for it to be fixed. Then I saw iFix and Repair was like 4 minutes away, so I walked in, and he would it would cost like $440 and would take a week. It ended up taking just 2 days, the real price was like $470, plus tax which turned it into $502. Only downside is they don’t use Apple products with the replacement, my brother says I went from having a MacBook to now just a Book lol. I don’t have the MacBook Pro or Apple logo on it, but it has the exact same model number as my first MacBook screen, so it is working perfectly fine and just like normal. I still have all my data and it was still on the exact same screen that I had on when it broke. The guy that helped me was Indian, named Imon (something like that), and he was pretty friendly, I’m pretty satisfied

They can't do a simple repair on a tablet, it just needs a new charger port. I will just do it myself I have done it before.
