Worst place ever. My understanding is they’re not even a nonprofit anymore, but they will take your stuff to sell it to other people for profit. I went to drop off really good nice furniture and good kid items and they would only take a few specific things so I will not be bringing anything to Goodwill anymore and I recommend that nobody else does either as it is for-profit. They are not a nonprofit.

Way too over priced. Why are used items over 20 dollars. I saw they had a preowned denim vest for 49.99. These arent even brand name.

This Goodwill used to have all clothing priced the same across the board. Now has their clothing priced individually and many things upward to $30 + for a piece of clothing (jeans). Another example is 1 simple salad plate ($8). This was always my go to for all our family’s donations. I will not be donating here ever again. They seem to have confused themselves with a consignment boutique shopping experience and it's nothing even remotely close to it. It’s a ‘thrift’ store for goodness sake. Not sure what has happened to this store but cannot recommend it.

They have the worse donating system I’ve seen out of all the Goodwills I’ve been to. First no one comes out to greet you and at least tell you Hi I’m sorry I’m completely full with donations right now if you could please give me a little time or if you prefer to come back, just you know a little customer service. Instead they prefer to keep you waiting in the car then when you get out of the car and attempt to unload it yourself because you have no issue doing it you’re greeted with attitude. Which could have been easily avoided had the attendant just came out real quick to explain the situation. Easy communication with the customer goes a long way than expecting them to know. This is not the first encounter like this and it is always with the save individual. Save your time and go to the new Donation center in Stuart it was a breeze and pleasant attitudes and customer service or the PSL location on Gatlin Blvd.

This is one of the 5 tops Goodwill!!!! I’m a customer of GW since 2005 and this particular store is amazing 🤩 the clothes is very nice and in great condition, the location is always clean and organized. Unfortunately they took the gold membership off.

I'm from CT where the Goodwill stores are stocked well and have a large selection. I found this store to not have very many quality items and most of the shoes being sold here should be thrown out.

I really enjoy this particular store with its very high volume of clothing and its many shelves of housewares and accessories. The store is organized very well with the garments or miscellaneous items placed together in the same area.I highly recommend a visit to this store.

Wow, what a shame these bad reviews, This Goodwill is a newer Goodwill! I think they did a great job! My kids love the selection, I bought $50 worth of clothes for each kid but only paying $25 each because I signed up for the Gold Membership 2 years ago even when I don't go on half days off I still get some money off each item and my kids learned you get really nice clothes super cheap instead of spending $50 for a shirt in the mall. I also like the one off Walton and US1 and St. Lucie West each Goodwill color categories all items in kids and adult areas, there is really cool stuff in the middle racks. It's worth my money! Another person's trash is someone's treasure. Do you remember that saying?

If I could give no stars I absolutely would. If you want to deal with nasty attitudes in the middle of the day this is the place to go! The customer service I received on 06/21/23 was horrendous. I guess the number one qualification to work for goodwill is to be miserable because the 2 old ladies that I came into contact with were absolutely horrible to deal with. No customer service whatsoever. I had my infant daughter with me and felt I was being shunned the whole time because of their disgusting attitude towards me, my cousin and my daughter. When I brought an item up to the counter for them to hold for me instead trekking it through the store they all looked at me as if I was interrupting their conversation and gave me such a nasty attitude.Would not return unless they were fired or hired new people. Not to mention how they go about explaining store policies, we got scolded as if we were children when asked about their discount policy for the membership. And to think I’ve spent plenty of time and money in this store to be treated this way is astonishing.
