If you are looking for honest, professional and experience fintastic is where it’s at! Carl and his staff are awesome and eager to help. Shop is well kept and fish and coral tanks are clean. Carl brings in new fish and coral weekly. Also has great prices. I visit the shop weekly to always check out what new things he has brought in. If you haven’t been to fintastic definitely check it out you won’t be disappointed.

Fish, corals, and crustations look great! Having a marine biologist in the organization is a huge plus.If I were to get back into the hobby this is where I would make my purchases.

Carl and staff our true professionals. Always available to answer questions with ready solutions. They are not afraid to steer someone away from a product that wouldn't be a good fit, just to make a sale. They actually care about their customers. Their products are all healthy. Never had any parasites on any of them such as Flatworms. Their fish are top notch and a steady supply. Carl being a marine biologist is available to answer your direct questions that even the best reef rank enthusiasts just can't figure out. Keep up the solid work all. 100% worth the stop.

Decent but not really close for me but it sure beats the other place that is next door. They often have specials and are happy to do water tests, saltwater only.

I called inquiring about puffers, gentlemen on the phone was rude and actually hung up on me. Didn’t seem like he wanted to answer any questions. Nicer people at the big box pet stores. I’ll keep my business elsewhere.

This place is horrible. I’ve bought from this place many times to try and give them a chance. Before I bought from this place I had about 4 fish in my tank and decided to buy another fish from this place. That one fish had a disease called marine velvet and killed every single fish. I acclimated it correctly as well. A few months later I decided to try this place again after getting a new set of fish from another place. Same thing happened and my fish were super healthy and lived for almost a year before this fish we bought from here brought a disease and killed the whole tank again. Very disappointing.

This store is OKAY they have nice fish but the staff isn’t super helpful and it’s super disappointing that i specifically ordered in a panther grouper, five of them were brought into store and they sold ALL of them regardless of us putting in a name and order for the grouper.

Went today for the first time. Staff was very friendly and informative. Helped me with what I needed and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't. Tanks were very clean and prices are good. Definitely coming back.

I bought a few corals and a small clean up crew. Been in the hobby for quite a few years. Service was good on our first visitWent back to let them know that during the packing of one of the corals i bought the week before i believe the employee may have tore the base which caused the coral to die on my way home.All the other items i bought did very well. I ask if they could replace it or help with the cost and was told that they dont stand behind saltwater sales. I get that as i have worked in the pet trade service since 1974. But then repeat sales are why worth more then the few dollars it would of cost them to listen and understand that things happen.
