visited JD a few days ago. The employees were great and I was greeted and asked if i needed anything. as i was checking out i overheard someone on the management team, tyrell, speaking to his employees. the way this man spoke to his employees had me STUNNED. so beyond rude and condescending the whole time. he was speaking to a young man. this is probably his first job and the way he is being spoken too by tyrell is giving him a horrible idea of what the work field is like. this is disgraceful. to the employees of JD who have been disrespected by tyrell, understand that this is NOT normal and that you should NOT be taking disrespect from anyone even if they are your higher up. JD, do better with picking who to have on your management team.

Bad experiences both in store(gave me 2 different sizes in the same box)and on the app(lost package, gave me the run around, told it takes 6 days for them to prep/send the replacement, not ship, just prep) spend your money elsewhere

In Jensen beach mall. New store. Visit the store today, and as we shopped and looked around, nobody said anything to us, and as we got ready to leave, there was four employees standing at the door as if we were stealing. Me and my kids was like why did they assume. After walking out, one of the cashiers said have a good day. Watching our hands. I teach my kids it’s okay to window shop and leave without getting something. I am glad they were with me it could’ve been worse.

I placed an order on 12/2/23 and order was never picked up by the carrier. Trying to get order replaced and they keep giving me the run around. I called them several times and was on hold for over 2 hours to say that the replacement is there but waiting to be released. They took the money out of my account the day I placed order. I have emailed them twice and no response. Called corporate today and got the same run around. I will never order from them again. They really don't deserve any stars!!

They dont even deserve 1 star they taking me thru hell just to get my refund on some shoes that they ordered and then cancelled because they didnt have the shoes....I didnt know i had to go thru all that just to get me money back I never will nevershop there again

We went to the Finish Line store in the Treasure Coast Mall and had a great experience. Stan was working and he showed us the different options of shoes that we were interested in. He was super knowledgeable and very helpful in trying to figure out what shoes would be best for me. Good shoes can be expensive and I love it when you go to a store and find someone that knows a lot about what they have and can help you decide which shoes would be best for you...Bravo Stan!!!

Purchased 3 shoes online on 3/18/23. On 4/20/23 one of the Nike’s started falling apart. I called Finish Line, they said to go to the store and have a manager inspect them with my receipt. They offer a 1yr at warranty. Went to the store, Bryan came out I explained everything above. He told me without a box nothing could be done. I told him they didn’t say anything about the box. He spent a whole 30 seconds with me. If you purchase an item and is defective within 30days any store always accepts the return. I will never shop with Finish Line again.
