“I had the very best experience today at DG ever. You could actually walk through the aisles without boxes and stock blocking your way. I saw 2 employees- one male and one female (I think her name was Myah). Both of them went out of their way to be pleasant, friendly and to offer me help. I’ve NEVER had a DG employee offer to help me or ask if there was anything I was having trouble finding. I was so incredibly impressed by both of these employees- and I’m seldom impressed by anyone providing customer service! These employees were not just friendly once- they went above and beyond multiple times. I was in the store about an hour- I was using a bunch of DG online coupons. I’m a very short, little old lady- and they offered assistance without even having to be asked! I’m just blown away by their kindness.”

“Clean. Organized from end caps to rows to above rows. Tight ship. Staff was interacting with customers, knowledgeable, almost perfect to see in my eyes. Good products other stores don't have.I must say, never expected big lots to abuse the term "clearance" and "on sale in my lifetime. Some xjearwra will balance it. Many folks will forget. But my cashier, young lady from California and her mother's stoll out there. Unsold from behind the register, got us laughing and smiling. Great stuff”
