I asked them if I would be able to return the shoes even if I have the other shoes coming in and if it would be a problem. I was told yes and when I brought them in they told me no. I would have never got the shoes if I knew I wouldn’t be able to bring them back in time for the other ones. I just feel misinformed. So now I have 2 cleats and can’t do anything with the other one a waste of money. I would have never got them if that was the case.

Dick’s Sporting Goods has everything that Academy Sports in St. Lucie West has except for hunting and camping accessories. They are a go-to for fishing, athletics, fitness, ball sports and whatnot. Clean and spacious with plenty of merchandise for organized sports, strength training, and home exercise machines.

Christmas gift women's muckers received one size 9.5 (ordered) and one shoe size 8. Drove an hour to the store not greeted by anyone(three employee on floor around front door) so went in the line as we walked in for our return. After standing there for several minutes was told by an employee to get to the line around the corner which had now formed for our return. When we did get to the counter girl was rude and said if we wanted an exchange to go check losing our place in line again. Got back to counter after walking the store and finding no muck boots even displayed and she was gone. Waited for another gentleman and told him or problem and he scanned out item and said they did not carry them anymore. Poor service from the employees with the exception of the last gentleman. Will never shop here again!!

I needed to exchange a pair of sneakers that were a gift I got that were too small so I didn’t have a receipt . I got the same sneaker 1/2 size bigger they charged me the lowest price for the ones I brought back and then regular price for the new ones instead of an even exchange. So I paid a difference of like $29.00. It’s not the $$ it’s the customer service aspect. I’ll shop elsewhere from now on. After I bring in my receipt and get the difference I didn’t think this would be so hard.

Do not come here for baseball cleats. They have no youth cleats on display. Only a couple pairs of adult. They have a whole section for football and soccer but nothing for baseball. Can’t wait for Academy to open up in SLW.
