I was sorry to read that this particular store has permanently closed after give or take twenty years.

“Jcpenny charges $8.00 for returns, so I had to go allll the way over with one T-Shirt. I noticed now if you order online from jcpenny there is an $8.00 charge. I guess I won't be ordering online anymore. ?. The store still has a pretty decent selection of merchandise.”
