Disappointing experience; I had a scheduled appointment at 4:30 pm. I arrived at 4:20, checked in, and sat in the waiting area. A walk-in shows up with two boys four haircuts, requests the stylist I had an appointment with and gets taken as a walk in. It’s now 4:37 pm, I approach the counter and wondering why my time wasn’t respected and now I’m waiting. Very disappointing experience to say the least.

A friend recommended Dee Dee, so I called and made an appointment to see her, more than a week ago. Yesterday the shop called me to confirm my appointment for today. I said "Yep, I'll be there!". Today, just a few hours before my appointment, they called and said Dee Dee isn't taking any more clients and would not be available. They said the person who booked the appointment didn't know that.Apparently they didn't know it yesterday either, when they confirmed it with me.I'm sure they have other stylists, and I'm sure they wanted me to book with someone else. But no. I already don't like the way this was handled.I'm going elsewhere.

Shockingly bad customer service. Arrived for 2pm Pedicure. Was told “we tried to call you, the guests before you added on additional services. It’ll be 30 minutes before she is ready for you”. While odd, we agreed, left and returned at 2:27 for a now “2:30” appointment.We sat in the waiting room, no one came out to apologize or explain she was delayed again.At 2:53 pm we got up and left. The receptionist simply sat with her arms crossed as I explained that this was unacceptable.I have been a regular at this salon for over 17 years.

I have been a client in this salon for a year now and it is a wonderful experience each and every visit! The staff are very professional and kind and always greet me with a smile and make me feel very welcome! I have e FABULOUS stylist named Mark who has transformed my damaged hair to a healthy and great place and I feel beautiful every time I leave the salon!I HIGHLY recommend this salon for anyone who needs any the services they offer! Elegance at it utmost. Separate area for pedicure and manicure. You are also served tea and coffee as chocolate chip cookies. You are pampered and made to feel special. You leave feeling like a pampered Princess.

Cappy was amazing I must admit was nervous. He put me at was eaze with his open friendly personality, easy to talk with, quick , and efficient timeFlys by. He in my book is the master. My hair was colored,highlighted cut washed and blow dried. My hair has never looked so amazing and the conditioning made my hair so soft. I will be going back and I now am an official regular. Highly recommend Kathy 100/10. - i have been dying my hair w/ Black box dye at home for 3 YEARS. I wanted to go back to my natural blonde and was turned away or told it would be impossible or take years to reach my goal by every stylist i’ve been to. I randomly made an appointment with Kathy and she was so positive and didn’t give me any doubt or negativity. She took my box dye black hair back to blonde in UNDER 3 MONTHS with extremely minimal damage and didn’t take off any of my length! (i have one appointment left!) i was most worried about the awkward in-between color while doing the process, but each phase was gorgeous!Kathy is extremely talented, sweet, and personable, i feel like i gained a friend and a life long stylist. I still cannot believe she took my black box dyed hair blonde in such a short amount of time while respecting my hair length and integrity of my hair. she is a goddessService: Hair coloring

I always have great experiences here but today was the best! I had Julio who was able to cut all the dead ends off my hair and still keep it long! Even in a time crunch because I had to go to work he was able to cut, blow dry and style my hair and we had great conversations also found out how we are both from NJ. ? 10/10 salon. highly recommend him!

Really did not listen to my requests. Rushed and did a very careless job. They were also very dishonest about pricing.I have never written a bad review on google. I hope this spares others from a very upsetting experience.

I will start by saying I feel extremely bad for the owner she drank a lot I think and crawled upon the floor but I Will say I believe it’s because allegiance her husband , the owner, I believe Alan???♀️ , was pretty brutal ; verbally not physically , to a couple of employees and I think it had Miss Marcus on edge? It’s sad because the spa was beautiful , just seemed they need to possibly clear up some personal issues before they charge the public for any services ..this I would not recommend toAnyone . Just don't bother. Pricing is normal, but I wasn't aware I was paying to be belittled the entire time. I struggle with a psoriasis on my scalp. It's never been super noticeable to the public as I do my best to keep it as in control as possible. However of course anyone doing my hair will notice. The stylist went on and on about it. Even calling more ppl to come look at it. I've never been so mortified in my entire life. Embarrassed doesn't even cover it honestly. At one point I had to say listen I get it, I don't need any more ppl involved. Jesus they acted like I had lice. It's dry skin, how you've never encountered this is crazy. And what's more I've NEVER had anyone treat me like that because I'm sure they all know it's embarrassing for me. I will say the color turned out okay, though not what I asked for. I was don't she could color my hair only heavily highlight. Hmmmmm news flash it's the same thing, foil and color lol . I wanted my hair reshaped once my extensions were removed. Nope no time for that. Literally Everything I asked to be done I was told oh I don't have time, this is what I can do. Mind you I had an appointment with everything listed. Will NEVER recommend

Came in just now to fix my 9 year old son’s hair. His dad had tried to trim it and ended up giving him a mullet, that he was very embarrassed about. I wanted to cheer him up by making the appointment at a fancy salon instead of his usual Hair Cuttery experience. We sat in the waiting area when this guy comes out, scowl on his face and waves his hand at us without introducing himself. I didn’t understand and said “I’m sorry? “ He literally rolled his eyes, sighs and goes “I’m cutting his hair!” and walks away from us. We get to the chair, he points and yells “sit down”! Then follows up with “so what, what do you want?” Mind you, I still don’t know his name, he has not smiled once, and my son is already embarrassed about his hair. I stopped him at that point to tell him he was being very rude. He clearly didn’t care, so we left, but not before stopping at the front desk. I was told that the manager would call me tomorrow, and the girls at the front were very apologetic. His name is Cap and he just made sure that Hair Cuttery got our money today. I’ll never go back. I hope whoever manages that place realizes that they lost a potential return customer in me, who has keratin treatments, cuts and regular colors. You can thank Cap for that.Edit: no one called me about this. Further proof that you should take your money elsewhere.Edit edit: the manager was very apologetic, she just called.
