I have been going to Yvonna for my brows to get them waxed and tinted and I am ALWAYS IN LOVEEEEE with them! She knows exactly what she’s doing and I feel like I can just go in and say whatever you think is best, that’s how much I trust her! Ive always been super picky with my eyebrows and had done nothing with them for about 8 years, but then I knew Yvonna and felt super comfortable with her! 10/10 recommend this sweet girl!

I booked a facial with Yvonna as i’m getting married in january and wanted to get my skin looking its best. We did a thorough consultation and talked about my concerns and goals. She was nothing short of AMAZING! She is super sweet, knowledgeable, explained everything step by step, & always checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable. Yvonna also did the best massage on my shoulders and neck during my facial too. I am OBSESSED! I already prebooked my next appointment & purchased her recommendations to get my skin on track!! Thank you sooo much Yvonna!

They are quick to get me in which I like and also they are good with kids! I've taken both my daughter and son here. I liked my most recent stylist who did great color and style!

I had all over color & highlights $250+tip. She did a great job. 7 weeks later went for root touch up and was left under the dryer for approx 15 minutes past the timer going off and trying to get her attention. Finally Shampoo Girl acknowledged me and shampooed it out. Color was too dark and completely covered my remaining highlights. Stylist was crazy frazzled and charged me $120 for the touch up and blow out. They don't accept tips on the charge card any more; they did my previous visit? I had no cash, so maybe she just gave herself a $60 tip? I didnt notice this until after I got home and got the purhase alert on my phone. I just let the whole thing go. Just a bad experience that felt very transactional and unprofessional.

Disappointing experience; I had a scheduled appointment at 4:30 pm. I arrived at 4:20, checked in, and sat in the waiting area. A walk-in shows up with two boys four haircuts, requests the stylist I had an appointment with and gets taken as a walk in. It’s now 4:37 pm, I approach the counter and wondering why my time wasn’t respected and now I’m waiting. Very disappointing experience to say the least.

I saw Nicole she was great ! I ask for a full highlight and blow dry it cost about about 235$ I have long hair I will need a couple of sessions but over all it's a starting process to where I want to be she was actively engage with me the whole time my hair normally takes 6 plus hours to do it took her about 2 -3 over all the vibe of the salon was peaceful clean and welcoming

A friend recommended Dee Dee, so I called and made an appointment to see her, more than a week ago. Yesterday the shop called me to confirm my appointment for today. I said "Yep, I'll be there!". Today, just a few hours before my appointment, they called and said Dee Dee isn't taking any more clients and would not be available. They said the person who booked the appointment didn't know that.Apparently they didn't know it yesterday either, when they confirmed it with me.I'm sure they have other stylists, and I'm sure they wanted me to book with someone else. But no. I already don't like the way this was handled.I'm going elsewhere.

Shockingly bad customer service. Arrived for 2pm Pedicure. Was told “we tried to call you, the guests before you added on additional services. It’ll be 30 minutes before she is ready for you”. While odd, we agreed, left and returned at 2:27 for a now “2:30” appointment.We sat in the waiting room, no one came out to apologize or explain she was delayed again.At 2:53 pm we got up and left. The receptionist simply sat with her arms crossed as I explained that this was unacceptable.I have been a regular at this salon for over 17 years.
