All the staff are just amazing. Ever since we got our first dog Max 10 years ago, right down to when we moved out of state 5 years ago with now 3 dogs they were always on top, one of mine isnt fond of other animals and they made sure to accomidate that when we schedualed. One of mine had heartworm when we adopted her and was absoljtely traumatized by vets afyer the treatment time but the folks here at coastal animal hospital treated her with such care and understanding she wouldnt fight so much in the end when we moved. They love their clients like their own and have always been so helpful. Its hard to find anyone i trust to treat my dogs with such care.Freya, Luna and Max miss them.

Dr. Bonnie, Dr. Lisa, and all the support staff are absolutely amazing. They are professional, kind, caring, thorough, and accommodating. They always communicate with you and answer any question honestly. They are never looking to charge for unnecessary medications or procedures and explain every option. I recommend them to everyone I know and they have always given the same quality of care to everyone I refer there. I would never go anywhere else.

Awesome ?, we have been taking our fur girls there for over 9 years. We have always been treated like family, they provide the best in vet care at fair prices. Very happy to be part of this awesome clinic.

This hospital killed my childhood cat. My cat went in for an ultrasound, and when we came back to pick him up they said he had "aspirated fluids" and should be put down as his quality of life will never be the same. My baby was put to sleep because of the things THEY did. To HELL with the employees at this location, if you care even a little bit about your animals DO NOT trust these reviews. Stay far away from this lying, horrible hospital. Any veterinary care facility that does not let you enter the room where your animal is treated is suspicious and my trust in this facility led to the death of my best friend.

This was our first visit to this clinic. All the staff were extremely friendly & it was obvious that they love animals. We saw Dr Bonnie & she was extremely good with my Golden Retriever. We are snowbirds & I think after trying 3 animal clinics, we’ve finally found a good fit for us while here for the winter.

one of my cats needed a wellness check. When I called Ms. Cathy hung up on me saying ‘I’m sorry we do not except new patients’. That was rude. If you guys do not except new patients, it should be mentioning on the website or Google maps. Hanging up on people is not professional at all.

By far the BEST animal hospital/Veterinarian around. I've been with Coastal for many years and have referred many friends and family to them as well. They are WONDERFUL!! Such a loving and caring group of lovely women
