Very rude!!! I tried to get assistance from the branch manager and they wouldn’t even get up to assist. I would not recommend this branch.

The drive up ATM always has issues. It almost always doesn't accept deposits. It's very annoying.

I had the most amazing experiencewith a Ms. Tiffany Harper. I was having an issue with my account and when anyone else probably would’ve told me there’s nothing we could do, she stayed there til almost closing going above and beyond to get my issue fixed THAT day. I had offered to come back another day and she said “absolutely not. We’re gonna figure this out today” I always have a great experience with this branch in general but she really made an impression and I’m so grateful for her help !

They will put 7 business day hold on checks deposited even after years of the same check, amount, and company. Why put random Holds on checks? That is two weeks before my checks are available. No one knows anything when I call. Was told no it's not and there will be no NSF fees. Guess what. Yes I was charged fees and still a hold. This is basically theft. They won't return the checks either so I can go to the bank it was from. This bank is terrible for poor people. They treat you like no ones. Unless you have loads of money in the bank.

I've been a customer for years and for what. I tried cancelling an Atm deposit but the machine wouldn't let me. Then I show up the next day to see if I can sign my deposited check and they stated NO becuz it was deposited. They placed it on a 7 day hold which is no problem but then they said, my check will be returned because I didn't sign it. ......um.. the reason for my visit was so I can sign the check and save us the aggravation. Thanks for going out of your way!!

Would have given a zero if I could. This branch either needs an overhaul of new employees or to close completely. Horrible experience, I do not recommend this branch!

The tellers are very inconsiderate and absolutely rude at times not all of them but most of them I call and get an answer and when I go there they know nothing about it

The worse bank ever for customer service. The teller, vp and president were so rude and ignorant. I would guess their education level to be that of a third grader, rednecks galore! Would never bank there!

This branch is horrible. It takes over 20 minutes to make a deposit at the drive through. The representatives are rude and uncaring. I took the time to come the bank. They should respect my time
