I would give them a 1 but they do have a lot of great new styles and merch BUT they are playing vulgar music with “P” and “D” and I’m in there with my 12 year old kid :( DISGUSTED bye I’ll bring my business elsewhere

Just relocated to Port St. Lucie so I wanted to check out the mall look for some shirts / sneakers. I went into this store no one greeted me at all as the employees were talking, amongst themselves. What greeted me was the loud rap music that was playing. It’s was loud I think inappropriate for this type of environment. It’s a shoe store that caters to families, kids etc. I’m a huge fan or rap n hip hop just not in a store I’m shopping. I literally walked out ! Maybe consider lowering the volume

I really think this store is deleting bad reviews because there is no way it is 4.2. I went to buy a shoe . When I walked in there was a rep standing there hiding his phone behind the clothes rack texting. I stood there for a good 10 mins thinking he would see me and come help but he did not get off the phone until I was walking out. I end up going to Finish line.

Trash customer service won’t return the shoes after being worn one time. Made an excuse of creases shop at sneaker palace it’s nicer then this trash store anyways
