This is the first car buying transaction in the last 10 years where I feel good about the car buying process and the after the sale service. The last 3 cars have been purchased from another dealer in town and I've always felt like I've never gotten a fair deal on the purchase and afterward I'm just a number after the sale, even on warranty coverage. I purchased this car from the Jensen Beach Carmax and the trade in was fair, no pressure to negotiate and the follow up service is fantastic. After driving the car for a day I noticed a few things that needed attention and brought it back the next day. Johnathan in service got me right in, ordered parts and less than a week later I brought the car back and its being fixed. We also bought the extended coverage. Before I purchased it I called a friend who works for an extended warranty company. She said the Carmax coverage was good and her dealers would not be able to even match that price. All around, a big thumbs up.

They give fair pricing on trades and no haggle on selling price. The service department is thorough and equally fair priced. Avoid local dealerships and avoid the back and forth hassle. Price is as marked!

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at CarMax in Jensen Beach. I purchased a Ford Explorer, and within less than a month of ownership, the rear window stopped functioning properly. When I contacted CarMax for assistance, I was told to reach out to Ford since the vehicle was supposedly still under warranty.
After contacting Ford, I was informed that the warranty had actually expired in July, even though I purchased the vehicle in September. This began a frustrating cycle of calls, and promises of call-backs from CarMax that were never fulfilled.
Nearly a month later, I finally spoke with someone named Joe, who identified himself as a manager. Unfortunately, rather than offering support or a solution, I was told that I had purchased a “used car,” implying that I shouldn’t be upset. This response felt dismissive and disappointing, especially from a company that promotes the sale of “certified” used vehicles and prides itself on customer satisfaction.
I truly expected better communication and accountability from CarMax. I am still waiting for a follow-up call from a manager, and I hope this feedback encourages the Jensen Beach location to take customer concerns more seriously in the future

I hadn't purchased a car in 20 years and I was very nervous. After meeting Debbie my sales rep she completely put me at ease. She explained anything to me and about my car purchased.
Also when you enter CarMax you are very cordially greeted. Also when I had a minor car fix.

I have nothing but great things to say about Carmax. I bought my 2018 Honda Civic from them ! I love the car , the salesgirl was amazing and I drove it home all registered the same day I found it ! Only 13,000 miles and looks brand new inside and out ! Thanks to the staff at Carmax ! 😊

The people I dealt with were straight forward, patient with my hearing problems, and did their work well. I was given a fair price for the car I sold to Carmax and no runaround, etc.
