CarMax offered me $6000 more for my car when I decided to become a used car owner vs owning new. I was facing $6000 in “negative equity” which was reduced to $600 by going with CarMax over their leading competitors. I’d say that’s worth a visit to CarMax! Stacy was great and took great care of us. Thank you, CarMax!! We also found another beautiful car.

My husband and I were going to sell my 2018 Kia Soul by ourselves, then today he decided to get a price online from Carmax… and when we went to Carmax tonight, Bryanna Hance helped us with the paperwork and we very easily sold the car for exactly what their online quote was. Took 4 hours to process sale. Paperwork was mailed to me 3 days later. Be ware of their process of transferring your tag. I have a vanity tag that didn't expire for 7 months and tried to give me a new tag. I refused the new tag and Insisted on the transfer. 2 MO ths later they fedexed me a new tag and registration. Not a vanity tag. They forced a new tag on me when it was not necessary. Be very careful with them.

After my fifth purchase , this was the worst ever. Lies!!! Car was absolutely filthy upon delivery with a big yellow bow. After they stated they were washing it. Rep sent me to dmv for no reason concerning my tag. Then lied about telling me to go. Horrible experience, especially since I know how it used to be
